When I walked through the door I was immediately and warmly greeted by Ms.Jessica who was my guide for the evening. She was every bit of pleasant, thorough and helpful. Her energy made me confident that I chose the right place to expand my Cosmetology Education. I also met with the night instructor, Mr. Malik who was also very pleasant and reassuring that this would be a place worth experiencing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, quality, extensive and pleasurable learning environment!

Everyone should be trained at school, that being said, the difference between African American and Caucasian hair is size. Shampoo means vigorously scrubbing of swelled hair with warm/hot water to remove oil. Blow drying should be from root out to avoid damp roots for flat iron. I don't mind training and sharing hope it helps.

My experience was excellence. LeAsia was so professional. I thought I was at an upscale salon downtown but it was Stone Park. Educator Ms. Linda is one of the best educators I’ve came across.

I am considering enrollment at Empire, I came in today to meet with Jessica and she was very informative and understanding. She made me feel excited to start a career in beauty. The tour went very well.

A lot of forced group work or you’ll get sent home. Even after getting the “beauty kit” (that either you or your financial aid paid for) you still have to spend your money on other items that are needed to take certain tests or assignments. A lot of the classmates still act like they’re in high school; loud, ghetto…Forced to attend every graduation….The bathroom stinks majority of the time

I loved the whole experience! The environment was very welcoming and professional. I came in and received a wash, blow-dry, and straighten which was super affordable! We indulged in my hair type and what products help keep it moisturized. I’ve had my hair straight for over a week now and it lasted longer than any straightening I’ve ever gotten before, still bone straight! I will definitely be returning and booking with my lovely new hairstylist Shawnetta soon!

Leandra, was awesome! She was sweet and her services were gentle and fast. I appreciate the great customer service from everyone at the school from the greeter to the instructors. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back!

A great place full of young aspiring professionals. One of the being Maria who’s the absolute best at what she does. Came in for a haircut and it was flawless. Inquire about her if you stumble upon this place, you won’t be disappointed.

This was a very good experience for me everyone was friendly my stylist Jasmine did a good job so good that all her fellow students were complimenting her on it I would definitely come back until other people to come!
