Food is always, always, excellent. Other Panera a are hit or miss but not here. I almost want to take a star off for the consistently long line but today the place is empty- nice weather did it? I live across from here and it is definitely my go to place. The new healthy theme is def moving in the right direction - thanks for loving us Panera! Everytime I go to Panera, it is excellent service.

Horrible, a scam, and I will be reaching out to corporate for this illegitimate execution on the food I paid for. 12/5/2022 Monday night. Whoever was working at the sandwich station needs to be terminated from this establishment. I ordered a steak and white cheddar (which I’ve ordered many times) and when I got home and opened my food it was on a non toasted piece of white Pullman loaf bread. Might as well have been wonder bread from giant across the street. The steak was so dry I could use it as mulch. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. Like I said, corporate will be notified for this monstrosity.

Food is good, but the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Ordered the Chipotle Avocado Melt with the White Niche bread and was given the smallest sandwich I have ever seen. Before, it used to not be like this. I would be alright with the price if i wasn’t charged $13 for a 3x5 inch sandwich (per bread slice). They also took away the charging stations/ports, making it inconvenient since they are the only ones who close late enough to do independent work. I don’t think I would be coming here as often to do work, because of this. Unfortunate.

I came to do some work here. I ordered a coffee, a pastry, and a toasted bagel. The employee who took my order threw (not tossed over, not handed, but three) the square beeping monitor at me. I was taken aback at this behavior. He did not throw the square device to the women in front of me. I took it and waited for it to ring. Then I got my food and was able to do some work. I did see the option to order from your table with the Panera app, I’ll try that next time.

The service was moderate and not great with no greetings. Food was okaaay. The dining table was plenty for the customers. The coffee was ready for drink, enough hot to drink.

Visited this place 5-6 times so far during 'non-peak' hours. The serving time was a decent 5-10 minutes. Decent sized seating area. Ample parking. Food is decent. Value duets are a great deal. Some of the teas taste artificial.

Food is always inconsistent. Some stuff is great but they always mess something up/forget something on typical menu items/forget order notes. Today got 2 sandwiches. One was great, one was awful but as I mentioned, pretty typical of this location

Really great team members! They're always friendly and whenever there is an issue with my order (not very often), they've always made it right. Got to know Tony over covid and he's the reason why we frequented this place, but stayed for the food.
