This was my first time at Zen nails, coming in from Columbus for a class reunion. They got me in with no waiting and Tam patiently removed my grown out nails with the utmost care, then gave me the best manicure I have ever had in 30 years. I'm not kidding, my nails look so natural and he did the best job! So glad I couldn't get into the other two salons today! This place is a nice quiet little salon with soft music playing, very relaxing and has a great staff. Thanks again, Tam! You are the best! B-E-S-T. 😊

Annie, the owner, does my nails, Taylor and Ben does my pedi. Always a great experience. Very friendly team. They are extremely talented in their designs. Taylor does my 4 year old granddaughter's mani-pedis. I always recommend them. See my pics below

I LOVE KIM! She is exceptional at what she does. However, if you want her best service try to get a day she isn't super busy. Busy for a reason, and I still received fantastic treatment, but its better when its not SO busy.

Sigh. I don’t enjoy writing reviews like this, but this one is necessary- I, along with the rest of our bridal party were here two days ago (Friday around 1 pm). Either you’re there FOREVER because your tech is really slow, and seems as if they’ve never done nails before, or you feel super rushed. The quality was atrocious. None of us left fully satisfied with our nails/toes or the experience in general…there were fuzzies in my gel manicure, and I didn’t have time for them to be fixed. Just an all around not great experience. I won’t be returning.

I will not be back. The tech was quick but did hurt me. They did a pretty job on my nails but my fingers and fingertips hurt for the rest of the day. I also have three fingers with sore spots from the application of the nail. The files used were old and gross and I didn't feel safe.

Easy to schedule, everyone very friendly. Had some minor corrections that need to be made during my service, but all the techs were very understanding and my nails turned out great. Highly recommend Hayley, she did a wonderful job on my dip nails. Looking forward to coming back soon for any service.

I asked for dip nails and I believe the techs there do not know how to do them. They took over an hour to soak off because they wouldn’t drill the top layer of dip off before soaking in acetone. The tech also repeatedly burnt and cut my nailbeds and cuticles with her drill. I asked for a round shape (the shape of a natural nail) and the tech struggled an embarrassing amount to give me round nails. After the soak off, it took her another hour and a half to do the nails. My fingers were so badly cut and damaged from the experience they became infected, and green pus started oozing from my middle finger. I rarely leave bad reviews but I have a hard time believing these are licensed technicians. I understand every professional starts somewhere, and needs to learn as a beginner, but the infection in my finger motivated me to leave a review to warn others. Luckily salt water soaks and peroxide soaks were enough to manage the infection but I was very close to needing prescription antibiotics. This is a serious health and safety issue!

Great salon with many options, availability, and very friendly staff! I felt the prices were fair for the services. I will definitely be back!

Zen Nails always does such a great job with my nails. I have had my nails done at Zen Nails & Spa a good handful of times. It's not my regular nail salon, but I know I can count on them to give me great acrylics! The main downside is wait times. Even when I make an appointment through their Facebook page, I end up waiting 20-45 minutes to get taken back. One time I even had to wait an hour. All the staff is very nice and talented, so waiting that long sometimes feels worth it. I attached a photo of some Halloween ghost nails done by Chi!

One of the best nail salon in stow

I have went to this salon since I was 14 I am now 19 and they have just progressively gotten worse. They were amazing when i first went there and now I wont be going back. None of the original people that were there when I was 14 work there anymore and it’s just not a great place anymore. Went there earlier today for the first time in 2 years and the design I got the nail tech did a decent job but the nails itself are horrible. They aren’t smooth whatsoever and she drilled into my cuticle and made it bleed.

Went for a full set of acrylic nails. The cuticle area was done horribly, I left looking like I had the set on for a week already. Some nails were not straight and very wide. 2 days into having them on, I had one nail break and the next day 4 of them fell off. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely amazing service I showed a picture and she absolutely slayed my nails and amazing costumer service!!! Will be coming back ❤️❤️

Gave me a horrible set of acrylic, messed up my natural nail bed, still struggling to get their mess fixed months later.
