Love the food here, but we just picked up a carryout order and the boneless wings are too burnt to even try to enjoy. I have pictures that I hope show how bad they are. This wouldn't have ended up in a table if we dined in. We live too far away to justify having them remade.

Won't make the mistake of coming here again. BEWARE if you make a to go order. It will 100% be wrong, cold and you will not get everything you paid for. Don't say you weren't warned.

I went taut Sunday with my Aunt to celebrate my birthday. Excellent staff. My waiter was excellent and was able to see Cynthia (a waitress) I’ve had before 🙌🏻😇🙏 Thank you 🙏 for a wonderful birthday Anthony

Ordered chicken salad. Last time! I have to pick out brown lettuce, chicken is always different depending on the cook. You can’t count on getting fresh cooked chicken although they swear it is. They charge $13 dollars and then another $1 if you want more ranch. Too expensive to rarely get everything fresh

My co workers and I ordered lunch last Friday. We were all pleased with our salads! The were big, beautiful and delicious! The employee that took our phone order was pleasant and very accommodating! Kudos to the staff and management for a meal well done! We'll back!

Our first time visiting the Wing Warehouse and I was a bit disappointed. The atmosphere was okay and the waitress was good and friendly, but the food wasn’t very good. We ordered a fried veggie appetizer and it was very greasy. The garlic fries were tasteless and also greasy, though they did have a good amount of Parmesan cheese and garlic on them. We also had the Mac and cheese which had to be the most disappointing part of the entire meal. The pasta was more undercooked than al dente, and it barely had any cheese. It was more of a watered down cheeses sauce. The wings were hot and fried well and did have some flavor.

Waste of $59 I ordered 3 meals & 2 kids meals Placed my order with Jessica after the site kept saying error i repeated items due to allergies & Lactose issues STILL got food wrong , missing items & not to mention hard & cool SMH Spoke with Britney the next evening where i explained the situation in Detail then she thought a $30 eat in Only credit was fine when i spent $59 & Nothing was edible So YUP had to Still cook for the family SMH Happy the cooks found this funny 👎

Best wings around! Definitely a better atmosphere after the update but wish the tables faced the large TV for game days. Jessica, Ann and Chris are awesome!

My first time there. The food was really good and our server was really sweet. However, the service was slow. We were there 20 minutes before anyone took our order and it took 45 minutes to arrive. We got there before it got busy. After it got busy, it appeared that few tables had received food either. Probably won’t return because of that.

Made an order over an hour ahead of my chosen pick up time, email confirmation said the order would be ready 15 mins later then when i had wanted . My fault for not checking the bags but i did not get the blue cheese i requested and paid $1 for . I also ordered the spicy cauliflower that everyone seemed to have great things to say about , only to find that sauce missing as well when i get home . Annoyed .

We had the smoked brisket sandwich tonight and it was probably the best sandwich we've ever eaten. Awesome!!!

None of our food came out together for a party of 9. Waitress never asked us how our food was which was not good. Our bills were all wrong. We have been there so many times this was our worst experience. Such a disappointment!

The wings are priced "at market" so you have no idea what cost is going to be till you get the tab. We probably could've asked, but I didn't think that 12 traditional wings would cost almost twice as much as 10 boneless. Seriously, $17 for 12 wings???? And I had to remind the kitchen that I needed them. The service was okay, the music was loud but no louder than a "typical" bar. The food was tasty. Very disappointed at the prices, though.

Edit: I did not ask for a refund for the wrap, since I ate it anyway. But I give kudos to the restaurant for crediting the cost of the wrap on my credit card! Thank you for making it right! 👍 So disappointed! Don’t live close, but had to go to Stow for an appointment. Was excited to order pick up to bring home. When I got home and unpacked the order, I saw that the grilled chicken wrap was actually a turkey wrap! Too far away for me to go back and get the correct order. Bummer!

Place is a joke. Ordered takeout twice. The first time I got wings that were completely dry and excused it as a mistake. Just got a double burger with literally nothing on it. Get it together, my god. I can verify the rest of the reviews about the takeout are accurate. More or less just throwing whatever they want in takeout orders, right or not.

My son went with friends a months ago to a sporting event at Stow High School. After the game, they found their way to Wing Warehouse. Since then, he has been begging me to take him back for wings. Claims they were the best he has had. Tonight we made the hour drive to try it. It didn’t disappoint. They are truly the best wings I have had in some time. I would say the best I’ve had in Northeast Ohio. I would highly recommend.
