You are not probably aware that this brand, is originally a Dutch designer clothing company ( similiar to Gaastra n MEXX - do correct me if Im wrong ), has been a trend in Europe as well as in the USA. Totally, G-Star has more than 6000 selling points world wide and guess what Cologne is granted to be the resident of world largest G-Star store! Nope, Im not a fan but principally I'd prefer this brand than the other Californian clothing company who mainly uses 'sex' as their image and the most important marketing strategy plus their freaking dark stores as if they cant afford to buy bulbs and pay the electricity bills. Well you know whom I mean... Back to G-Star! Their design is sort of urban clothing which is not only for very young adults but like Levi's, they are kinda timeless. Ok, not all the collections, but many of them. But what makes them unique is the fact that the brand specializes in making raw denim--an unwashed, untreated denim. Somehow a bit like military clothing. Lets say the vintage military apparel worldwide inspired G-Star designers. Why I like the store in Cologne? Why shouldnt I? Its enriched the collections of the number of choices while shopping in Schildergasse/Neumarkt, Germany's #1 Shopping Mile. The store is truly big, you got your space to look around as well as for each items to be displayed. The staffs are helpfull, friendly and not dragging at all. Price range? if you know what raw denim is, then dont expect to get a piece of G-Raw products in the price range of Mexx of course. ;-) Do check their online shop

I was several times at G-Star Cologne, I had always excellent and profesional advices about which kind of clothes fits better with my style. All the staff really friendly and with willingness to help. The shop is really big so you can have anything you can imagine from the brand. I’m wearing G-Star jeans since years and I’m so happy with the quality and style. 5 stars for the team of G-Star Cologne, continue with the great work you’re doing.

Nice clothes but very expensive!!! My splurge was a pair of black skinny jeans. Not for working class people but it was nice to do something crazy like buy 1 item for the price of what I would normally but 8. Got it out of my system. Lol

Get there if you are looking for nice and relaxed people to help you with fashion. They will tell you frankly what works for you and what doesn't. Afterwards you can be really sure to have the right stuff in your shopping bag.
