A lovely and cozy vietnamese restaurant! We were a group of 10 and everyone was satisfied! I tried Pho Bo and it was really good, they serve food with a "Homemade Chili Oil" sauce that includs two types of chilies, fried onion, fried garlic and oil, if you like it you can buy it in the restaurant! They also sell Vietnamese Coffee. The service was fast and the staff were really friendly, when the weather is nice you can sit outside.

If it were not a restaurant, I'd say, first of all, great ambience! The decor is casual but not arbitrary. Everything is well selected for its laid-back effect without losing the taste of modernity and minimalism. Since it is a restaurant, I'll tell you, first of all, the food is great! It's authentic, it's delightful, it's packed with flavors, it reminds you that there's a country in the world you should visit. My friend and I love the vibe here. The service is great. We were told what to order to make it a better price value. We made a mistake while ordering a dish, the restaurant replaced the one we wished without charging us extra. Delicious food, homey feeling, warm service, enjoyable chit chat with the owner... it was a wonderful experience to dine in Phox. And you should try it too.

The apps were great, but I did not like the pho at all. It was quite under seasoned. The duck noodle soup was ok.

Such a great service and very nice staff. The food and drinks arrived within 5 min after I ordered them. I was very surprised in a very positive way. I definitely will come more often when I am back in Düsseldorf.

I loved it. I've been here two times and every time I was just amazed by what I got. The first time I ordered the lunch combo (available from 12-15 costs 14 Euros) I got 2 Summer Rolls, a drink (I think it was an ice tea) and the PHO BO classic beef. Second time I also ordered the lunch combo, I got (this time 1) summer roll, the same drink and the CARI GA. Both times I was more then just happy with what I got (especially for that price). Food tastes really good, authentic and fresh. Even the presentation looked good. The service personal is super nice and the restaurant itself has a good vibe (toilets are also super clean). The location is a bit hidden however that just makes the restaurant a bit more quieter (which isn't bad) and since the restaurant doesn't have that many seats you should think about maybe reserving a seat so that you don´t have to wait. Summary: definitely one of Düsseldorfs hidden gems and I will definitely come back 🤤🇻🇳🙌🏻

I love going here so much. We love the little pancakes with squit in it. Their housemade icedtea is always very tasty, and i always leave saticefied with my tummy full. The staff is always very helpfull and polite in multiple languages.

Wonderful service, delicious taste and a great vibe! Hoping for variations in the broth (or even more flavorful) but they serve you with fresh herbs and with all the sauces you need to make it your own. Thinh and Sven are warm people, really loving what they do and taking care of each customer. Absolutely recommended! I hear their dinner menu is v good too… next time.

Perfect pho on a cold and rainy night ❤ Phox is still my go-to for pho in Dusseldorf. Highly recommend the pancakes as well, get the mixed prawn and squid for some variety in texture. They have great homemade drinks too!

The pho soup was like warm but not hot.. pho that day was not so great ( perhaps we went on a bad time … What was surprising was actually the first dish on Hauptspeise part. The sauce over their homemade egg noodles is really tasty! A bit overpriced for the portion, especially for the Pho Okay service

I don’t know what’s the fuss is about. it’s just very average Vietnamese food. The meat in my noodles was not boiled properly. Broth seems okish. Although atmosphere of the restaurant is very good.

The reviews are correct. Having ate phos in different countries, I can say, one of the most delicious phos that I ate. The flavour, perfection in cooking, freshness of vegetables and products. Up there with some of the best Pho I’ve tasted in Europe and I’ve tasted a lot! Proper Saigon style Pho with all the condiments and a generous serving of herbs(Thai basil, sawtooth coriander) and beansprouts. Bahn khot was good too.

I ordered the Pho Bo and Iced lemon tea. The pho taste amazing, the broth was well seasoned, the meatballs were rich and the beef were tender. The portion was also huge, almost too much for me. The iced lemon tea wasn’t to my taste unfortunately, it was kinda bitter and not sour enough for me. But I came for the pho and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff was also super friendly and helpful, she explained to me how to eat it properly when serving the food. I would definitely come again when visiting Düssi.

The classic pho Bo is very tasty. You could tell the ingredients were very fresh. The portion is a bit small though comparing to the price. The service was attentive and friendly. They only take cash for order below €50.

Phox serves authentic vietnamese dishes at the highest quality. Especially the different kinds of noodle soup (beef, chicken and vegetarian) come with the highest recomendation. Delicius warming healthy and at a more than reasonable price. Another big plus is the stylish ambiance, transporting the guests to similar small shops found in the side streets of asia. The final note goes to the frienly staff that always serves you with a smile - no mather how busy the shop is!

an absolute gem in Duss! Ate here 2x during our 4 day visit. Super loved the whole experience especially the genuine service-orientation of all of the staff. the PANCAKES ARE A MUST TRY. ORDER THAT AS STARTER and then FINISH WITH THE BEEF PHO MAIN... your welcome!!! ps. the spring rolls (esp their sauces, their chili sauce esp) is also an excellent healthy and tasty option. The fact that they are always full everyday speaks for itself-- so best to go early, or reserve in advance!

really recommend asking for their homemade chili oil, made me sweat in enjoyment! the pho is a tad pricey (15€) but the portion in return is quite big! service is really nice as well :) AND the wontons are real crunchy and crispy. also u might want to refrain from ordering drinks, since the pho contains (i mean duh it’s a soup) a LOT of liquid. and make a reservation if you can!! all in all happy with the experience, i just didn’t get enough tingles in my toes for 5 stars.

Best. Pho. Ever. And best Bo Kho ever!!! My favourite pho is the chicken pho! But the beef pho is also super good, and ... Even the vegan pho is surprisingly delicious. Super cool and chill place, with great food, really amazing people and feels like home.

One word: PERFECT. Broth is infused with beef aroma, yet light and clear. Toppings are fresh, especially the raw beef slices! Very generous on herbs and veggies - always a good sign when you know you've come to a true Vietnamese kitchen. And that chilli sauce ❤️ Soul food heaven.
