I
won
a
competition
(bridal
shoes).
I
then
drove
6
hours
to
the
store
and
was
even
more
disappointed
when
I
got
there
and,
despite

previous
phone
call,
there
were
neither
shoes
in
my
size
nor
a
dress
there.
Unfortunately,
the
advice
was,
if
you
can
even
call
it
that,
very
bad.
Finally
I
decided
on
a
dress
that
should
be
altered
and
tailored
to
my
wishes.
I
was
there
in
November,
the
dress
was
supposed
to
be
sent
to
me
in
February
so
that
I
still
had
enough
time
to
make
changes
and
send
it
back.
In
March
I
called
the
store,
at
first
the
boss
didn't
even
know
who
I
was
and
was
shocked
that
the
dress
was
supposed
to
arrive
in
February.
(but
it
is
written
by
her
on
the
invoice)
well
the
dress
arrived
in
mid-May….
What
can
I
say?!?
A
disaster,
not
only
that
the
tulle
was
simply
cut
off
at
the
bottom
crooked
and
crooked,
you
can
see
every
cut,
no,
I
also
had
the
sleeves
of
different
lengths.
The
décolleté,
the
flower
elements
on
the
left
were
placed
differently
than
on
the
right
and
different
elements
so
that
it
looked
like
an
asymmetry.
I
am
so
bitterly
disappointed,
the
dress
had
to
be
paid
for
in
cash
on
site
in
November.
Unfortunately
the
boss
didn't
answer
the
phone
or
call
back...
Customer
support
is
really
bad.
After
several
discussions
I
was
refunded
€100,
which
is
really
a
disgrace
because
the
dress
had
to
be
completely
changed
by
my
seamstress.
I
could
have
ordered
a
billo
dress
and
my
seamstress
could
have
made
it
from
the
start.
I
hope
it
helps
someone
and
you
think
twice
about
buying
a
dress
there.
