    This store is clean, well-stocked and organized. Plenty of cashier's to move things quickly. Self checkout area could have been better designed but overall this location was great.

    Nice place to shop. I don't go here often, I normally go to the one in Milford. Their bakery, particularly the donuts, are really good. Overall I didn't realize how expensive they are until I started skipping at Walmart, but that's another story. Their brand is usually worth trying over the name brand. They do online shopping/ pickup. There are designated parking spots for online pickup, but I've seen regular shoppers park there, ( including myself! ) so there is absolutely no monitoring of that. Aisles are clean, they have self checkout and assisted...I mean it's an ok place to go.

    We recently moved to Stratford, and Shop Rite has always been my place to shop. But I have to said I am so disappointed with the fish department there, I went there 3 times and there was no one working in there. I just stayed there waiting for someone to help me, I asked someone near the deli department to page someone and they were a little rude to me. I wanted to buy salmon, and went home without it. Those 3 times I went there no one assisted me in the fish department. Please put someone to work there!!!!

    Always an excellent experience for groceries for myself. Also grab things for my grandma. Better prices than the other grocery stores. Solid quality

    Nice and quiet night at shop right. The associates are catching up on straightening the store & I even saw the manager on duty taking part! After I was almost done shopping I complemented Matthew Gray. Now that's what I call team work! I run customer service in the Notorious big aka Christopher Wallace old store! Yes biggie bagged groceries, hemis a big part of the Bedstuy / Clinton Hill community even though its been over 20 years!/ Little Kim aka Queen B, use to do her thing im front of Metfood, now Key food Gourmet. With that being said I can attest that this store is on point and I'm very impressed Also thank you Jose in dairy for getting my my simply orange juice, Martini for helping me check out and Tyrone for helping me with a bag for the meat I purchased to make beef stew! I will be back! This is the best @shoprite #shoprite I've ever been too and if they aren't # in the district I would be suprised PS: 28 years of retail, 21 years in retail management, 20 years of catering & bartending, 15 years of commission based sales, 13 years in advertising 5 of which I was between 1-3 ranking on a floor of 50/sales associates. Again with that being said I praise co-manager Matthew Gray, Jose from Dairy, Martini are the front end & Tyrone overnight shift manager! THE ALL DESERVE A RAISE🥂😇😆🤗 MAY U ALL HAVE A POSITIVE 2020🔮

    Good selection of products, but you need to use coupons. Watch what you buy, as certain items are found cheaper elsewhere. They had some cleaning issues behind their bacon on the shelf, but otherwise acceptable level of clean surfaces. Shop the best and don't forget the rest (Of the stores) Shop smart and stay healthy.

    Was there this past Thursday and was disappointed as I was waiting for a while with no help in the seafood area. Was looking to get some fresh salmon from the display case but nobody came to assist. Had to go to the deli to ask for help. They then paged someone over the loud speaker and still nobody came. There were many employees that walked by me while I was waiting. I ended up leaving and going to stop and shop to get fresh fish there. Was sort of a frustrating experience but other than that it was fine. I had asked employees in the produce area a question about asparagus and they were very helpful, they checked in the back to see if they had any more. I would go back to the store.

    The store baked ham is great!! My week isn't complete without it. The lady at the deli counter is a sweetheart.

    20 minute in store wait today to pick up my online order. No one in pick up area. Sign in pick up door window says go to customer service window. 5 people in line at customer service window. This is not the first time. Can't you people do any better than this ? Maybe you should have a call button at the pick up area. Do better please.

    Just had the WORST experience with shop rite online ordering!! I paid through the app with my card, the order was processed and my money was taken. When I went to pick up they wanted to charge me again and said they were never paid even though the money was taken from my account! Even after speaking with several managers they kept insisting they weren't paid for the order and wouldn't give me my order. NEVER AGAIN.

    I am an instacart shopper. I’m not able to use self checkout for larger orders which I totally understand but then I end up with horrible baggers. I try to explain I don’t mind to bag it myself but they insist on doing it. I’ve had gallons of milk fall through bottoms of bags (on several occasions 🤦🏼‍♀️) while they’re trying to put it into the cart and things like a 12 pack of soda on top of a pack of hamburger buns in a plastic bag??? If associates want to bag so badly, can they at least be properly trained?

    As an employee here I can say the store runs fairly well we are usually ontop of things and the only problems are when people read the wrong price tag or when they dont know how to use self checkout but still come in it anyways, also dont blamw all of usb if an item is outa place and by the wrong price tag, thats whoever did returns last and put it the wrong spot

    I went to the stratford location today 7/16/2022 and I got the buy 2 get 1 free Kellogg cereal and until I opened it for my grand daughter the Smacks was out dated it says April of 2022. And now I can’t find my receipt to return it. So definitely will be calling them as now they are closed

    I started coming here exclusively several years ago because your prices were so much lower than your competition across East Main Street, and your produce was great quality. Over the last year, you have not only more than doubled your prices, but your quality standards have become non-existant. A fresh bundle of lettuce that cost $1 a year ago is now $2.50 despite it being already rotten on the shelf. I decided I was never coming back after I came on a Friday for tomatoes, saw moldy onions out for sale, had to bring the tomatoes back the following week after they became moldy on Sunday (two days later), and saw the same moldy onions sitting out for sale when I came to return my moldy tomatoes. The careless way you’ve started operating your business is downright disgusting and unacceptable. Raising your prices and lowering your quality isn’t going to make you more money, it’s just going to drive customers away.

    All the staff was very nice. The young man at the door was supernice and very helpful. Can't say enough about the place.
