Friendly, eager to serve staff. Drive thru, plenty of parking, easy to use app and iPhone and Google pay. I had a blonde COFFEE, just in case someone gets the wrong idea, and spinach and feta cheese wrap. Both were good 👍! Thanks to this Starbucks for having part of the plaza's road repaved! I wonder if they will build a Starbucks in Wakanda? Update: Sunday morning 🌅, January 2022; I tried the Banana 🍌 Pecan bread 🍞 with a cup of coffee ☕. Banana bread tasted good, but, no different from Circle ⭕ K. Coffee ☕ was okay.

At Starbucks, oh what a treat, My first time there, can't be beat. With a group of cheerleaders so sweet, We gathered where the coffee's neat. Nervous I was, oh what to choose? Amongst regulars who know all the news. To the kind barista, Sue, I made up, A jumbo chocolate strawberry dream in my cup. She created a masterpiece, so divine, A sip of heaven, a flavor that’s mine. With skill and patience, Sue made it right, A delicious blend, a pure delight. Wishing we were closer, oh, so near, For Starbucks joy, I’d hold so dear. Alas, we’re far, just for the day, Visited for cheer, then went on our way!

Second day in a row they screwed up my order! How can you possibly not realize this is NOT HOT CHOCOLATE while you're making it. It's GREEN! I'm going g to stop going to Starbucks.

I was once a Starbucks fan, but no more. First, they discontinued, the cinnamon raisin bagels, my favorite. Then they double the number of “stars“ for a free cup of coffee. The last straw is that they argue with me every time I ask for a dark roast, trying to convince me to take pikes instead.

Customer service is lacking at this location. The drive thru person was complaining about the customers in the drive thru for all to hear inside. They need a more efficient system to serve customers. It took several minutes to even be acknowledged at the front counter and over 10 minutes to get two loaves of bread.

My coffee always comes out tasting great. Thr drive thru can take a little bit of time but so can any drive thru at any food service. You're ordering from a place that offers complex drinks and food.. expect it. The baristas are very friendly, Ive never had an issue here.

Got the wrong coffee three times in the drive through. Barista by the name “Amanda” became visibly irritated at me and would ignore me when I came in the store because the lady working the drive through didn’t get my order correct. Amanda complained that I “kept changing the order” when the Starbucks app said otherwise…

They get really busy, but most employees are cordial and 90% of the time they get my order accurate and on time. But I almost always order ahead to be sure.

It's in an airport, so there's that. They were busy, but got through orders quickly

I always order from here and always have a fast pleasant experience. Today I placed a mobile order and it took forever to get and on top of that they made my drink wrong. So I’m disappointed and frankly upset that my standards were so high an now not .

the staff closed earlier than they should have, website said 2pm they had a hand made sign at 12. Unprofessional and disappointing
