Staff and Doctors are all friendly and ready with a smile. They really care about their patients. Nothing is too much trouble. Definitely recommend this practice.

Unpleasant Customer Service Experience I recently visited this General Practitioner's office and felt compelled to share my experience. While I generally appreciate the medical care provided, I had a rather unpleasant encounter with one of the receptionists during my visit. I accidentally spilled sanitiser at the reception area due to a sensitive pump mechanism. Instead of responding with understanding and professionalism, the receptionist scolded me and made unkind remarks in front of other customers. It was an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation that could have been handled more gracefully. Mistakes happen, but I believe that all customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope this review serves as a constructive suggestion for the office to provide additional training to its staff in customer service.

These doctors have become my go to since I moved to this side of the city six months ago. The doctors are great, the staff are lovely and it's very rare that the doctor is running late. Dr Manu is very patient, kind, and understanding.

I Had to get a last minute appointment due to severe ankle pain, first time at this practice. Although reception was amazing, waiting time was not. I had Dr Jhansi Nekkanti, was a very rushed appt that was out of pocket, she referred me to get Scans & X-rays. I Had to get a follow up appointment to get my results through Telehealth (she requested this) I called to follow up 30mins after my scheduled appointment time & was informed Dr will ring anytime up until 6pm. (This is not mentioned on website so FYI) She called 5mins before 6pm & unfortunately failed to explain my results & just said I need to see a physiotherapist & if pain still lingers after physio to go back & see her. I decided to visit another practice/Dr whom have explained my results, referred me to a physiotherapist & given appropriate direction of how to care for my injury along with pain relief. Maybe she was busy or something on both instances however I most likely won’t return.

I am a new patient who has visited twice now and I am blown away by the care and friendliness from the receptionist to the doctor. I have been looking for years in Brisbane to find a good practice and this is it. On both visits I have been made to feel comfortable and cared for and given ample time and explanations for my questions. Thank you Dr Manu Dias for making me feel heard and for your excellent care and advice.

I’m very impressed! I was able to get an appointment within 1 day of needing one (versus more than 3 weeks wait at my usual GP), and I was greeted by friendly reception staff upon entering. Dr Manu Dias was warm, compassionate and thorough - I didn’t feel rushed and his jovial manner made me feel at ease. I’ll be switching over to this clinic from now on - it’s so wonderful to be in a friendly healthcare environment again!

Dr Jhansi is very professional and empathetic. She spends time to get to know her patients well. Receptionists are lovely and recommend this practice.

I cannot recommend Strathpine 7 Day Medical Centre highly enough! We were holidaying in Brisbane when my son got a fishing hook deeply imbedded in his finger. After calling 3 other medical centres who weren’t willing to help, the team at Strathpine told us to come in straight away. From the minute we walked through the doors everyone went out of their way to help us - the receptionist, nurse and doctor. They were efficient, kind and reassuring. We were very thankful!
