I haven't been since the upgrade and it definitely looks better than before. It is still however unclean. My seat and the seats beside me had food and sticky substances on them. I recommend that you bring your own sanitary wipes. It would also be great if there was something or someone that tells you when the cinema is ready to go in. I noticed there was a lecturn for someone to stand and check tickets, but is wasn't manned. Maybe put a now seating X cinema sign there? All in all, great seats and good new design. Just needs more regular cleaning.

It’s priced appropriately if you’re comparing it to Hoytes or Event Cinema. We paid $8 per ticket through Telstra rewards and its $10 through citybuzz and $12.50 for an adult. Toilets and the cinema seating was the lowlight but the movie screen was the same as Hotyes and the sound was better. The staff member working was delightful, we booked the wrong day but she happily had us rebooked into another movie.

Generally a great cinema, excellent prices with the free membership. Minus one star because the seats we sat at last smelled like wee. But we did move to another row and then it was fine. That has never happened before.

Seats are comfy, staff are great. My son dropped his popcorn about 30 seconds after we bought it and was about to cry. Before I even made it to the counter to ask for a spot sweep, a young male staff member was already sweeping it up and had one of the girls refill his popcorn for him. Awesome service.

Eh. Staff is amazing and friendly but the chairs are uncomfortable for me. I'm tall and not a bean poll so that doesn't help. Just keep that in mind if you're bigger in either ways. The recline chairs are the best choice if you're noth sure and want to be safe. Just bring food in from the outside as well they don't really seem to mind and you can save 40 bucks

The newer seats are very good. Better than many other cinemas. But there was pretty much no staff. I only saw 2 staff in the entire cinema during our entire recent visit. The popcorn was waaaayyy over salted to the point trying to eat it the salt actually felt like it burnt my mouth. Even with drinking heaps of water it didn’t help. The cinema itself was good. Not too packed good screen and audio

The theatres have recently undergone a major upgrade and they are now state of the art! Highly recommend revisiting of you haven't been in a while. Even theatres with recliner seats now!!
