I forgot the lady name who did my feet but awesome job, Tracy did my hands and that also was a great care. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back. I went down the street on Irving by Bartlett next door to the Mexican restaurant at 5 pm and they had nobody waiting but told me to come back tomorrow because they were booked. I loved how I came here right after and they were more full than the other one, close at the same time n yet took me n my man still. They also took someone who came in at 6:50 something.. I LOVE IT.

I highly recommend the $80.00 Collagen Pedicure. LAM, my Pedicurist does a FANTASTIC Job pampering my feet. As you can see from the video, you first soak your feet and then the pedicure continues with all sorts of creams, fruits and HOT TOWELS and much much more. You can't go wrong treating yourself to this extravagant pedicure.

I've been going here for close to 15 years. Ever since they opened. I've used several people here. Lam has been my nail Tech for around 13 years. Awesome service, great atmosphere and friendly employee's. They always do a great job. Everyone loves how my nails look. I always tell them where I go.... CREATIVE BEAUTY SPA. Never have had anything less than a 5 star finish. 👍

I highly recommend Quyen Le for her permanent makeup work! Her precision with eyebrows is customized to your facial structure. Her work is long lasting. Permanent eyeliner has saved me so much time daily. It is great to wake up every day with make up on, no additional make up needed. Not having upkeep has been amazing!

I’ve been coming here since I was a child. I see Lam for my nails & he never disappoints. I just got my eyelashes done by Quyen & they look & feel amazing. I wanted a more natural look & she delivered. Strongly recommend.

I highly recommend Creative Beauty Spa. I've been coming here for years. I started with just getting my nails done. I had no idea they offered so many other services. I now get my eyebrows microbladed and I've been doing micro needling and collagen facials as well. Quyen runs a great business. All of her staff members are friendly. The facility is clean and she always has new products, new machines, new colors, new techniques etc. 5 stars! Give them a call. I think you'll be as happy as I am.

Tracy is AWESOME! She does a fantastic job with my nails and pedicures. This Beauty Salon is my new go-to for all my beauty needs. The service is excellent, and all the staff are friendly and punctual. There are never long wait times. Walk-ins are OK, but I highly recommend making an appointment.

I went here twice before. I had Tracy and her husband who were super courteous and provided top notch service. Came in on a Tuesday night requesting Tracy and the receptionist recommended I come in and see someone else. Given the first two experiences were great, I thought why not. I went in for a simple no chip french manicure (color change only) with hot pink tip, baby pink base--showed an inspiration picture (mentioned think Barbie for Halloween this is what my costume will be this year). This nail tech, Lam, first switched the base color on me which was completely nude not pink color. Later I had to demand to switch to the original pink I chose. He also thought it was a good idea to lecture me on why I can't have it "exactly" like the picture bc I have short nails. I said it's an "inspiration", and I like my nails short I type a lot for work etc. Make it happen YOU are the artist?!? But a simple french, though? This was the entire hour and a half I had to hear an earful. Completely unprofessional! Through large efforts, the guy was speaking ill about "clients thinking they'd get exactly like the picture they're bringing in when they do not have enough surface" 🤔 I just wanted a simple french manicure (just change the colors not asking for a mural or the galaxy on my nails). In the end, I think he was trying to be apologetic but with a "but"? Hmmm. Anyways, he did a good job and I praised him decided to be the bigger person. He followed with this comment, "I like the colors I knew your color would look great on top of the nude color I chose first???). I still tipped, however, not worth fighting tooth and (literal) nail just for a simple pink french. I was exhausted when I left this place. I will not be returning nor will I be recommending this place.
