I try to stray away from writing bad reviews but im so frustrated. The last 8 times ive been to this location they have missed 1 or more of my items. I have went back and complained every single time but absolutely nothing changes. Its not like im ordering a ridiculous amount either. This location needs honestly a whole new staff at this point

Just Dunkin' today, no donuts, they were out of stock I guess. Employee smoking should not be happening at the front door, it's gross.

This place is a DUMP! Went in to grab a quick coffee at 3:30pm and was anything but quick. The first thing I noticed was the floor, it looked like it hadn't been swept all day. Some table tops had spilled coffee on them. It took more than 7 min for a small hot black coffee and I was the only one in line! When I got my coffee from the "to go shelf", the shelf had spills all over it and then the bottom of my cup was sticky. Wont be back to this location.

I will always be a fan of Dunkin. My food order was fine and despite the long line, it moved fairly fast. I took off one star because they used the wrong flavor in my coffee and it was too sweet.

Soooooo….this Dunkin has did us dirty once again. Trying to grab a little bit to eat to fill our belly till dinner time, and this is what we get. COLD CHEESE!!!!!

Never been to this location before. Just ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on plain bagel with an OJ. I pulled a hair out of my mouth after a couple bites. I have black/brown hair, so it's not mine. Gross. If I didnt have an appointment to get to, I would have gone back. Employees that handle food should wear a net to prevent this from happening.

I cannot say enough good things about the people who work at this Dunkin! They are friendly, efficient, and engage with their customers. They provide excellent service with a smile. I highly recommend you visit!

I'm a dunkin fan and visit all various locations. By Far Strongsville location is the best 👌 in service, time and friendliness.

Very slow!! This is not due to lack of staff, this is due lack of accountability! The staff is chatting and laughing instead of working! It took 10 minutes to receive a croissant sandwich because I watched the blonde lady with neck tattoos and long pink nails stand around and talk to co-workers, then disappeared when she had two order tickets to work on. The male window attendant had to point to the tickets to get her to work. 10 minutes in a drive thru for a microwaved sandwich! Go to another location because clearly this location has no management or accountability.

Waited in the drive thru line for 15min for a coffee. As I was waiting, I was observing three women just conversating & goofing off. One was overwhelmed not knowing what they were doing. This establishment needs a real owner. I'll pray for them to get better.

This location sometimes has good coffee but some days, like this morning, was not good at all. I asked for hot coffee with hazelnut flavor and coconut milk. Both times the hazelnut flavor did not appear to be in my coffee, not sure if there was something wrong with the hazelnut flavor or more swirls should have been applied. I go there sometimes and will continue to go but I'll stick with iced coffee.

The 2 closing employees were unprofessional, and invited their friends over and chatted like it was some hangout area. One of the employees put our food on the mobile order section (which we came in as carry out) and didn’t call out our name and we waited for a while. Overall, unprofessional and immature employees. I was uncomfortable.

Service was amazing. Love the glazed chocolate cake. I used to be a baker 40ish years ago and glazed chocolate cake was always my favorite. It was best right off the glazing table. Warm chocolate cake with a very thin layer of warm glaze. Yum.
