Made an appointment through the Solv app & filled out the forms. Very minimal wait time when I arrived. Staff was friendly, Ellen, the NP that examined me was very thorough. Excellent care.

Everyone was super friendly and made sure I had all the proper paperwork prior to my visit. I was in and out in 10 minutes and they were able to take me back before my appointment time. They answered all my questions and were super straight forward

My family and I loves Quick Med! And wow amazing customer service from their billing department. Christine went above and beyond to help me when I needed assistance. She was so kind and helpful! Having not only a pleasant experience receiving great care but also when contacting their billing department and receiving that same exceptional care from Christine definitely makes me want to continue to use Quick Med and highly recommend it to anyone! Great experience and care from billing department to clinic!

Super friendly staff and easy process from start to finish. I appreciate the option for booking appointments online, you can also do your checking in, new patient paperwork and view live wait times, they set your patient portal up for you and by the time I got home all I had to do was open my email and create a password. Also, Rebecca is the bees knees so if you are blessed with her presence when you visit make sure she knows she's appreciated!

This place is a scam dont go here they billed me twice because “i was accidentally made 2 charts” even tho ive only been there once in my life. They did labs for things that had nothing to do with my sickness and now i owe $3,000 for 1 visit. please dont go here go to wellnow or cvs dont waste your time this place is terrible

The receptionist and treating physician was excellent. They were both kind, receptive, patient and seemed to really care. I was also in and out and in a timely manner but definitely not rushed. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Two stars for the 2 good times. I was diagnosed with strep 2 days ago, loved Eliza, and am here again with my daughter who is having symptoms. I am absolutely miserable even taking the pain medicine more than recommended, and i wanted to be in and out. I made an appointment and did everything online. I didn’t know i would still need a physical copy with me, and walked off without the card. Then while trying to check in the receptionist said the entire internet form was blank (they’re having issues with it) which isn’t our problems… but she had nothing that I thought was successfully submitted, sick and in a lot of pain at 3 AM. I am upset that i wasted my time not once but twice. So I drove home as quickly as i could and got the card, got back up to the window and there is now a 20 minute wait and 6 people in front of me. Please fix the website and please print the insurance cards or ID photos we upload!!!
