Never buying from here again! I bought $40 worth of rings and I asked several times if they would change color if I washed my hands with them on or if they’d turn my finger green and I was told I could and they wouldn’t change color. A week after buying them they in fact changed color. I drove to the store to show them that they lied to me and I wanted to exchange them for new ones so I could make sure I take them off and they wouldn’t change color. They told me without a receipt they couldn’t do anything for me. I even still had the tags from the ring saved. I wouldn’t have minded had they been up front with me about them not actually being silver plated

2nd time stopping in this store and I’m not sure if they are understaffed or what but my daughter and i couldn’t even purchase what we wanted there was only 1 person working and she was in the process of piercing ears . After waiting by the register for 10 minutes we ending up leaving our stuff at the register because we only had a limited time left to shop . Love the merchandise but the wait to get cashed out is beyond ridiculous

Terrible store. I bought earrings for my sister. I was told she can return them within 30 days. She had the receipt. The store told her she could not return them. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed

Horrible customer service, I tried to return packaged earings with a receipt in the original sealed packaging and the store manager refused to refund me and accept the return. They do not tell you this when they sell you items, nor do they have a sign out front regarding this store policy. I filed a legal complaint!
