    If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. The customer service here was disgusting. I got shoes for Christmas and I went to the store to return them to get a different size. Everything was fine until I went to check out and they said the shoes were “dirty”. I was very confused because I have never worn the shoes anywhere except when I tried them on at my house and then when I try them on at their store. They refused to check me out and told me to go home and clean them. I thought they were crazy because I’m not gonna leave the mall just to go clean a pair of shoes that I have never worn. So I asked different different worker if we could just clean them in the bathroom and then return them. She said it was fine. So that is what we did a few hours later we return them. And the lady looked at the fellow employee that denied us service the first time. And he said do they look clean. She said they are not dirty. So that left me wondering what was the issue. She then told us that we should have not came back because they told us they were “dirty” and gone to a different store. Keep in mind they were making a fuss about the bottom of a shoe that was dirty only because of their store floor. When she told us to go to a different store we had already been to other stores and they were sold out of the shoe we were looking for. So she claimed by doing us a favour and said she would check us out. Then as we were walking out we realize that we didn’t have the right size shoe. So she comes chasing behind us trying to give us the right shoe. We we’re nothing but eager to get out of the store so he took the shoes and left. After we got out of the store we checked the shoes to make sure that they were the right size, and look and they were 10 times dirtier than the shoes that we had to begin with. That left us flabbergasted. We decided to be the bigger people and not make a big deal about it. We took the shoes and left. Keep in mind this whole ordeal was because the bottom, THE BOTTOM of the shoe was “dirty”. Rest of the shoe was completely cleaned and untouched as the bottom was but they didn’t believe us.

    What happened to the sales culture of this brand? There was once upon a time, where this was the go to place for a great customer service sales experience. Where Finish Line was the Brand Ambassador of the shopping experience. Now all you get is just a hello, while employees carry on their conversation and play on their phone on the sales floor. I wish I could take a picture to show you an example of your winning team. I sure hope they are up on the year to be this lack luster with the customer, and to the share holders.

    I was in there my girl is holding over 100 in hoodies and I'm trying to get a size 10 in like 3 pairs no 10 so I ask her to see if they had this pair of Jordan's on a 10 she walks away n straight up ignores us to go hang with all the other employees around registers I was mad I liked them Jordan's we also left the hoodies the girl to lazy n rude to sell a pair of damn shoes she treated usso rudely dont go here

    The customer service is so bad 👎 they don't help the customers, they had a very bad attitude 😒 they talked nasty to me because I tried to return shoes I got it online from the finsh line website and when I said that's bad customer service I will complain the girl over there she told me good luck have a good day like she doesn't care. That is so rude.

    Most of the time when you go into a shoe store you are greeted and asked if you need any help! No one even bothered to acknowledge us. I had to take the shoes to the counter and ask for the size. 5 people standing at the register and they made it seem like I was interrupting their conversation. Terrible customer service!

    MY choice Timberland brand 6 INCH PREMIUM/BLK/5.5 Service is not good Not very interested in foreigners especially Asians. The product received does not meet the needs of the customer, the product has been replaced 3 times. The first time received a product that does not match the selected color(Brown). Change UPS. Second time the product that was sent in the wrong color as before again(Brown). The 3rd time i went to change the product at Finish line shop at sounth park Mall for sure correct colour (Black) but there was no size. if customer Need my size add money ($27) to get the size you want. After order, waiting for the product to be delivered, after that i recipe products the color and size are correct, but the product is not standard, uncomfortable to wear inside have broblem when i wear it pain my toes. i think i choose the best product but it so bad for my experience. Only one time.

    I enjoy shoe shopping. I stopped in, just looking but I ended up purchasing a pair of shoes for work, because Antonio and the rest of the staff that day made me feel like I was hanging out at a friend's house. I wanted to spend my money there. Antonio really was fantastic, I wanted him to get any commission involved with a sale. I'll continue to shop there for shoes first and foremost.
