Best service to date here! Our waitstaff was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly! The food was so finger licking good! Would definitely recommend this location! The onion rings we made to perfection 🥰!!!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE! I wish i could give 0 stars. Ordered food for pickup, finally got home and bit right into raw chicken! chicken was so raw that only the outside part came off!! i’m so disgusted and cannot believe they would be okay serving this. and at the counter I should’ve known something was up when Kenzie snickered. I called and spoke with a manager about come back to get my money back and in the midst told me to calm down, BIG NO you never tell someone to calm down especially if they’re served RAW CHICKEN THAT CAN GIVE YOU Salmonella poisoning!

I drove here from downtown Cleveland. Picked up my food and drove back to Lakewood where I live. I discovered that my order was wrong and I kindly called them to report us. The sales person asked if I wanted a CREDIT or for them to remake the food? I told her to remake the food because that’s what I’m having for dinner. The lady got very frustrated and told me fine but make sure you bring back the food that was incorrect. Which is fine but I’ve never heard anyone request the old food back. As a matter of fact In the age we live in it is unheard of. Does she really think I traveled that long way and back just to get free food? You would think she would say I’m sorry for the mistake or something but I got none of that. Whoever is the owner of this place will hear from me and I have a bit of advice for you. Stop hiring these young teenagers to run your business if you plan on keeping one.

It was a painless experience. Took my kids got our food ate and left no fuss no issues. Just wish the appetizer portion more for the price.

I really do enjoy the wings and the amount of sauces and dry rubs, but the service is lacking, putting it nicely. They should be way busier than they are, but the service is just so bad why would you want to go?

Only bar showing the Kansas City Chiefs game! Thanks for having all the games available this Sunday not just the Browns! I am visiting here and enjoy watching my team not the Browns. Manager and Server were very friendly and accommodating. Drinks were perfectly mixed. And they gave me my very own TV to watch Kansas City!!! Great atmosphere also! I highly recommend this bar for out-of-towners if you want to watch your local team that is not shown on the standard cable chanel or small sports bars!!!

I always drive by each time I visit Walmart but told myself I needed to visit and grab myself some chicken. First Time customer and I am not disappointed. Serene environment and lovely lady at the reception who attended to us. Food is good so I’ll be visiting again. One thing I noticed was it was cold when I got home. I actually expected it to be hot considering I waited 20mins for it to be ready.

It taken the waitress over an hour to bring our orders out and she just simply shown up for a couple minutes at the beginning……. I guess that she had to go kill the chicken to collect some wings, deep-fried them and prepare our foods!!!!!! Would I recommend this place to anyone???? NO. Don’t waste your time and money here!!!

Their wings are good but the prices have gone way up. They have deal days on Tuesdays or Thursdays I think. My favorite wing sauce is parmesan garlic - I've bought bottles of it there to use at home. Their tater tots are also very crispy and delicious.

This place has really gone downhill. My wife and I placed an online order and got 6 traditional wings, 20 boneless wings, and a small order of cheese curds. The traditional wings were super small and super tough. I could barely eat them. Very disappointing. Then my wife bit into a boneless wing and it was so tough that it hurt her tooth and she couldn’t even eat it. I attached a couple pictures. Terrible experience. We won’t be back unless you make it right for us.

Seriously. ? $14 for this ? Not to mention sandwich was mostly lettuce. FAIL

This is my regular dine in spot but I just ordered Take out this time after a while. I ordered and paid for extra wet wings but all I received was the exact opposite to it . And the fries was super cold and soggy. My entire order was below average. This is the reason I never trust the take out orders.

Nachos had no sauce on them ordered all flats got all drums and wouldn’t do anything about it terrible service got pictures of the machines but it won’t let me post them

A mixed experience. While the food was decent, it wasn't outstanding - just okay. However, what really disappointed me was the wait time. Despite there being hardly any other guests in the restaurant, I took over 40 minutes for our food to arrive. This was frustrating and made me question whether it was worth the wait.

I want to start off by saying the day we went they may have been understaffed. Our waitress was great. My only issue was we waited 10 minutes to be seated and our appetizer came out after our meal. The wings were tasty, moist but lacked in the amount of sauce we normally get. The wings also came out pretty quickly which was great because we were hungry!

I visited this location on 4/13/23 at around 10:15pm with my two children and my best friend. Our server was Bella. She is the sweetest! Very helpful and efficient. There was an issue with my food order and Abra, the new GM, took care of it expeditiously. I got to chat with her for a few minutes and can’t wait to see what she does with the place!

Stopped by Xmas eve to watch football and get some wings to go. Had a couple beers while waiting. The girls working were so nice and friendly. Wings were great as usual

You can’t go wrong with the food. It’s the reason I go to BWW when I travel. It’s my comfort place. I know what I’ll order and I know what I’ll get. No surprises, ever. The only variable is the service. This place was not the best. Might have been new staff? I still recommend it, however. I’ve had far worse service, and the food was 100% as good as it gets.

They had 3 servers in the whole place, we were there forever. There were 5 of us and some had foods that weren't exactly warm. Refills on drinks were hard to get. Not a good experience, won't be back

Went to dinner here last night, we ordered a brisket burger that was supposed to come with two burger patties, it had zero Patties on there, it had coleslaw which was not supposed to be on there, didn't have any cheese on there which was supposed to be on there, the whole sandwich was a mess so we told the waitress she said I can either make you another one or take it off your bill. He said he wanted another one but in my opinion they should have done both. Also, I got to the end of my drink, and there was a little bug in the bottom of where the ice was. So she took that off the bill. We should have had a free dinner last night. The waitress was very nice she accommodated us very apologetic but the manager should have been notified by her. We were told there has been so many mistakes in the kitchen that night. That's no excuse will not be going back.

The wings were delish and the service was awesome! However, the side salad I ordered was a little lackluster. Too many pieces of the lettuce had brown spots. Also, I think they need to clean their menus better. Mine was a bit dirty.

My siblings and I came for a get together and our server was nothing but amazing! all our orders came out correctly and everything was quick. I was pleasantly surprised given we had a group of 8. All the food tasted great.

The food was PERFECT. I don't know who was cooking but I would request them every time if I could. They added a nice light crisp to the street taco shells which has never been done prior. Was so simple yet game changing. Perfect wedges with cheese. The wings were on point with fresh sauce, and those new chicken tender hot dogs were so good. And the ranch, I would buy all of my ranch here if they sold it in bottles. Anyway, the whole experience was like they got tipped off that corporate was dining in or something. I've been to this location roughly 20 times between dine in and to go and I have never been as moved to leave feedback. Definitely will be back! Thanks BWW!

I have to say the past few times we have came here we definitely did not have great service but today…. WAS AWESOME!!! Our server Roman was amazing. He was very attentive and always checking up on us. He made sure to talk and be respectful and was always around. I will say probably one of the best employees I have EVER!!! And I mean have ever seen!!! If you ever want service as good as it gets make sure you see the gentlemen Roman for a nice dinner!!!

Very disappointed with my meal. The chicken was mushy, the tortilla was spongy and there was barely any filling in general. Definitely not worth the price and we will keep this in mind when deciding to come again or not. I gave the overall score 2 stars because the wings my husband got were good.
