Better than many Italy restaurants in Italy, the place decoration is really nice, knowledgable staff you ask for food recommendation, the quality of food is really good, don't forget ask for fried calamari. Parking space is large and easy to find.

We were greeted by a kind hostess and seated right away. Our server Danielle was kind quick and not overbearing. We ordered cocktails which were well prepared and very good.The food comes in huge portions and was well prepared. We ordered tiramisu which was also a big portion but was so good. we have dinner for our family tomorrow as well. We had a great overall experience and will return.

The absolute most beautiful, breathtaking, gorgeous, eye-catching, well-put-together, comforting, phenomenal bathrooms my eyes have ever laid upon. (Honestly made going #2 so easy, and relaxing) Absolutely boosted my expirence at this lovely Italian restaurant! Plus their chocolate cake is like heaven in my mouth!! :)

A great, Italian homestyle (meaning big portions) family restaurant. In at least a dozen visits over the years, I've never had a bad experience. Danielle has been a consistent waitress when we've had her and the place is always well kept and staffed. Highly recommend.

So disappointing. Sunday evening at the strongsville location at the mall. We ordered a carafe of sangria, a caprese salad, and split the chicken carbonara. The bill for the three items totaled $90. And the comments are as follows on each item Sangria.. might as well had been fruit juice for all of the alcohol it had in it.. didn't have to ask for water, we were drinking it.. for $28 a carafe. Caprese salad was priced at $22.. and for that you got a half a tomato sliced and mozzarella cheese, a little basil.. and it was served to us.. dry.. with no olive oil or balsamic vineger/ vinegar reduction.. sheesh.. I could make what was served 20 times for $22!.. The waiter brought out the missing items ( including a missing seasoning!) And we put them on the salad ourselves.. I know they need to make money, but I'll complain online if the attention to details isn't there. Chicken Carbonara.. $32. We were searching hard to find any prochuitto.. very little.. served in an Alfredo sauce.. but these guys redefined the term "al dente".. see picture!. Gummy, hard, and glued all together. The waiter's main job was to upsell more.. dessert?.. another.carafe?.. he didn't really see or care to see that we weren't happy campers. Never again.. j Bella, Italian village, trivs, Santos...all better options.. just didn't consider the food and experience as anywhere near the value of what we spent on dinner.

Food is quality, atmosphere is fantastic. We always take our soccer team there, and they get us in and out with no problems.

Haley was an amazing server! Food was top notch and I have to say we were impressed for our first time here! The chicken carbonara stole our palates away - so delicious!

I went to Buca this weekend, the food was absolutely incredible and the staff was wonderful. We got the fried calamari and it was fried to perfection! The food and service were 11/10. On top of the experience the gentleman at the host stand Derrick was a wonderful guy. The restaurant is also very beautiful inside. Thank you for an incredible evening!

Overall disappointing. I wanted to try somewhere new & figured this place would be great. I ordered plain Alfredo, The alfredo was NOT good at all! Tasted very cheap like & disappointment for the sauce just wasn't good the smell, the taste.. I Didn't enjoy this dish at all.

The service is great and the food comes out quick. Everything good stops there. The pricing is insane. They give u the bare minimum when it comes to the salad toppings and dressing. The spaghetti is watered-down to where you have to drain your plate. The chicken parm had little to no cheese on them, and the breading was falling off from improper coating and frying. Not to mention, the taste of the breading is off from being mixed in with other deep-fried foods. Overall, this is a catering shop. Not a genuine Italian restaurant by any means. Far better places to eat. Very unhappy and spent way too much for the low quality we got.

We had a wonderful experience for dinner this evening. We celebrated a birthday and our server Gracie was wonderful. All the staff we came in contact with was very gracious. We even got some candy from another kind server. We were catered to and checked on by our waitress and a few other staff. All in all a great experience and we are sure to return in the future. Thank you for making our night so special!

The food was better than expected. Our waitress, Michelle, was great! She was very personable and fun. She brought everything we needed quickly and made our family experience even better! We will definitely be back and will definitely be requesting Michelle again!!

My family and myself had dinner there last night and the dinner was great as usual. We got a waitress that we never had before. Her name was Susan, she was a very nice and a pleasant person. She was one of the best waitresses that I have ever had any where. I wish that everybody could experience how wonderful she is doing her job. Thanks, Sam

We went there tonight for our daughter's 12th birthday. We sat in the kitchen table so we could watch all the action. All three of our kids had a blast watching all of the team working together. Everyone was so friendly and we had a great time!!! The staff all treated us like family from the cooks to our incredibly attentive and knowledgeable server Meredith!!! And AMAZINGLY all three of our picky kids are their food!! It was a great time from start to finish!! Thank you all for a wonderful experience and family memory!!!❤️

Omg!!! This is the place to be!!! For any night out- to a big event!! They have so many cool rooms for small groups or very large! (The Best table is in the kitchen !!) They gave us a tour of the whole place!! And everyone that walked by was super kind and helpful!!! Will def come back and bring my family !!!! Thank you ☺️

Came to this wonderful establishment with my In Laws a Couple weeks back , I can’t describe the wonderful service i was greeted with. From the wonderful host named Anthony who greeted me so friendly and respectful and explained how you guys run you’re family style establishment, Too our wonderful server named Matt, He was very quick to greet us and help pick me and my in laws meal for the night , Overall the service was A-1 . Will be coming back soon !!!!

The food was great! We had a server named Melissa who was absolutely outstanding. Her demeanor and manners were exceptional. She knew exactly how to deal with people and as our family has been in the restaurant industry for some time now, she should be told of her excellence and the quality of service we received. The idea of good service is important and your Melissa made our experience absolutely wonderful. It was an amazing reminder of the restaurant business that has been and always will be good for families and people who enjoy their time in public. We love 💕 Buca’s! Don’t have one In Akron, felt bad for our waitress, only one serving & greeting. Bathroom floor was a little sticky, otherwise clean. Love the family style, was great to bring our guests from the CLE. airport

This was our first time going here and it was wonderful, very welcoming and polite staff. The food was delicious, we were here while there's a buy one get one deal on the meals. Also, the atmosphere was charming! We will be back for sure ☺️

We enjoyed the Pope room for our mothers 90th birthday today. The server was attentive, the family style portions were huge, and the food was excellent. Atmosphere is fun and eclectic and so interesting. A must go for a fun dining destination experience!

The food here was amazing! I went with a party of 17 and everything we ordered was delicious! Specifically the mozzarella wedges, meatballs, and lasagna were some of our favorites. All of the meals are for 3 or 5 people and everything is very filling! You get a lot of food for the price! Some of us got a tour of the kitchen when we first arrived and the staff was great the entire time! There are alcoholic beverages as well as soft drinks. They serve Pepsi products. There was plenty of seating and parking available at the time we went- a Saturday at 3pm. We made a reservation but would have been fine just walking in. Overall, this is one of the best restaurants I had been to, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

We had a large party and they did great with this. My only problem is that our server did not tell my table that a "small meal" would feed 3-4 people so we each got our own small. A small could certainly feed a family of 4 so imagine our surprise when our bowls showed up. Other tables in our party were told of the 3-4 people per small meal. Would have saved me alot of money too had I known this as it was quite costly.

Really good food, great atmosphere and our waiter was very attentive. We got the baked rigatoni with sausage, mixed green salad, bruschetta, and 2 kids small pizzas(could’ve only gotten one as they’re pretty big). Expect to pay up as our bill was just over $100 that’s with 2 alcoholic beverages as well. Overall a great time, but the more people you have(we had 4) I think the better value for the money you spend so take friends and family!

Me and my family decided to have Buca for dinner. We had a fantastic server. But, there were some issues. One, when we got our pizzas, one of them had a hair baked into it. One of them weren’t even warm. We had said something about it and we had a manager who was not the nicest. We waited for our actual food and when it got there, it was pretty much cold! We spend over 200+ dollars for food that was barely lukewarm. 2/5. Very disappointing.

Went to the Stongsville location for my birthday dinner . The food was amazing and our waitress Renee was EXCELLENT!!!
