I went today with my daughter, her boyfriend and my father. Our waiter, Joey, was absolutely amazing. He made sure we were properly taken care of. The food was great, both me and my dad had the chicken and the kids had steak and burgers. I recommend going early because they are shirt staffed. We only had a 30 minute wait, but I was expecting that so I went in early to get a table. When you go ask for Joey!

Not bad. Not great. Just okay. We went on a Tuesday at around 5:00. We were sat at a high top table in the bar area and were the only ones sitting in that section. The bartender was responsible for our table and appeared to also be responsible for a few booths outside of this section. She did well, but having to wait tables and be responsible for the bar (maybe 1 person sitting at the bar) was probably a little too much even though it wasn’t too busy. The food was fine.

I absolutely love this Applebees location. Every time I visit this restaurant I have a wonderful time. I dine here quite frequently and have never been disappointed in the food or services provided. It gets better with every visit. I definitely recommend this location! The staff are very lovely, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is amazing and I will definitely be back. I've been here more times than i can count.🤣💗 Keep up the great work guys.

Received a sticky fork with a magnet on it. Disgusting place! The person who rolled this didn’t see?? Really!!! I didn’t say a word. See how many others probably get that fork. Rather share with the public. The restaurant sure doesn’t care. Stay away folks!!!! Talk about the dirty dish award!!!!

Kimberly at curbside was Awesome! Food done perfectly, staff impeccable! I live 1/2hr away, this IS THE ONLY APPLEBEE'S I would go to 😃😊! Worth the trip! Food Yummy 😋!

Last minute dinner date with the kids after walking the crowded mall. Walked in to smiling faces and not a big crowd! Instantly seated and our waiter was absolutely amazing! He checked in often, always smiling and made sure the food and drinks we ordered were to our liking! He made our day for sure! I hope we can get him again when we venture out that way!

Food was okay. At the end of the night I asked for my exact change back as I was going to leave a tip on the table. I came back and the waitress didn’t hand me my exact change, and when I looked at the receipt she had automatically tipped herself 30% out of the change I had left. Extremely rude and unprofessional, I felt robbed. Not coming back here.

The Tipsy Shark is a great drink and pretty too with the gummy sharks in it. Their food is good at this location, especially Chicken WonTons! This particular visit, the delicious Asian sauce was not on the wonton tacos. That is necessary for the flavor. Great staff and bartenders! Fun place to go for reasonable happy hour apps.

Everything was great, but it took a long time for our food to come out. Speciality drinks were delicious.

Terrible service.... I'm not sure if everyone was new at that time but i was by myself around 2pm waiting to get a table and nobody helped me... there were like 5 waitresses talking and running back and forth to the kitchen and staring at me and this older guy comes in didn't clock in yet and helped me to my table.... I think he was the manager or owner but as soon as he walked in they were "concerned" on my needs. I waited like 10 to 15 minutes

If I could give 0 stars I would. Left without being acknowledged for 15 mins. 2 adults 3 small children. All servers were congregated around table in bar area. Kept looking at us and no one helped us. Even while we were leaving no one acknowledged us or apologized. Really felt like they did on purpose so we would leave.

We were tlar Applebees on a Sunday. Our server was amazing! We tried the all you can eat boneless wings and they were terrific! Our server constantly asked if we wanted more wings or fries and was totally on top of keeping us happy. Great quick dinner, thank you! 😊

It was downhill for Applebee's about a year ago. Very understaffed,very overwhelmed and the food was being served cold most times. Decided to give it another chance recently, and it was not disappointing! Thanks Stephanie for doing a great job.

My meal was very good. The service was good and the manager was very kind to us when one of our friends wasn't feeling well and had to go the car. We packed her meal as well as ours and he said he was sorry we had to leave before we could eat and took care of the bill. We didn't expect his thoughtful gesture. Thank you

It had been a few years since my friends and I have been to an Applebee's. Our dining experience today was a treat. 3 out of 4 of us got the chicken tenders platter. They we thick, juicy and yummy. The service was friendly and fun. I rate the restaurant 5 out of 5 tenders

Food (3/5), Price ($$), Atmosphere (3/5), Service (3/5), Wait Time (15‐25min), Cleanliness (4/5), Menu Options (5/5), Overall= Applebees is the best place to go when you really don't know what you want. The decor is styled by local flair, but it's usually the same. Food is fine but could improve, the price isn't bad, the service is decent, you don't wait long at all for food (if it's an event like a graduation day then you will wait to get served), TONS of options, and easy parking with a good location right next to a main road. Also, shopping options around, it's literally by a mall. Not the best of the franchise, but okay.

Food was hot and really good. Joey gave us great customer service.

We were there Thursday about noon, The waitress was fine the food was terrible, my grandson ordered a steak asked for medium rare and it was like shoes leather (cost $24) came with cold mashed potatoes the broccoli. I have no idea why that Applebees is still opened!

Awful experience. Something was wrong with the fountain drink which the waitress validated that other people were complaining of as well but didn’t offer to fix it. Fries were cold. Cheeseburger was cold and greasy. Took over an hour to get our food. It was clear that either the waitress didn’t know what she was doing or the people in the back didn’t know what they were doing or both. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or to another Applebees location.

I went there with my friends and we had the pleasure of having Joey serving us. Let me just say that our experience with this server was the best I’ve ever had in years. He is dedicated to his craft and very nice to us.

Food was perfect and service was amazing. Always enjoy coming here. Only down side is it was a light wait when we arrived and I believe that was due to staffing because the restaurant wasn't even half way full.

Great! I have been there several times in the past few months. My friend and I always get the fish and it's delicious! They even have packs of vinegar, which I love! The waitresses and waiter are fantastic! Very attentive and friendly!

Very unprofessional until we actually got a server then things turned around but that took about 15 minutes when the place was dead.

The food was clean, non greasy and well prepared. Although the atmosphere is becoming a bit dated at this location, it's clean and upbeat. They do need to hire more wait staff or have them just pick up the slack because there is no need to have people wait when the place is over half empty. At least seat people and allow then to wait sitting down. Also, the hostess can start drinks in this case, instead of wiping menus down. PS- Our server was great on all aspects last Friday night.
