The smoothies are always good. But here at this location they are very slow. I have been here waiting for 10 minutes while the staff moves like snails. I enter the store with two customers. It is now 5 people waiting and not one smoothies is getting made.

Smoothies are okay. A little overpriced. Bathrooms are filthy and unkept. Customer service is okay. A bunch of teenagers that are more concerned with socializing with each other. Inconsistency with smoothies. Not very warm and inviting. Whole place could use a good cleaning.

Absolutely the best Robeks location in Northeast Ohio! The staff is warm and welcoming (especially Ammal, Grace and Annie!) and know my regular smoothie by heart (I may quite a few substitutions)! I look forward to this delicious smoothie several days a week and always know the staff will be kind and helpful. I believe that it runs well because of the intelligent, efficient management of Grace! Keep up the good work, everyone!

Great smoothies! Love the Venice Burner- bring it back to the menu!! It's great you are being eco friendly with paper straws (in plastic cups tho)...HOWEVER did any of you TRY to drink a thick smoothie with a soggy, floppy, paper straw? It don't work. Plus all you taste is paper... wet paper.

So great!! The Staff are always smiling and super nice! And every smoothie I've tried here has been delicious.

The store is always very well maintained and clean. The staff was super friendly especially when Nate and another girl went above and beyond to offer and wipe off the furniture outside when they were wet from the rain :) Not to mention the smoothies are delicious and super healthy for you. (favorite is the hero’s garden) just wish they were a little less expensive.

Clean space and welcoming atmosphere. Robeks is hand-down the BEST smoothie shop ever. I gladly drive an extra 20 minutes to go here over a different popular smoothie chain. Patiently waiting for one in BROADVIEW HEIGHTS!!!

First time I've ever had a smoothie bowl was from here and I loved it. They only use fresh ingredients. Very yummy.

Always a good smoothie but the place is filthy. No customers but all the tables are dirty and chairs strewn about. Floor filthy. 530p friday 7/25.

I absolutely love this place. I go here very frequently I am a rewards member and I highly recommend doing the same. I absolutely love their strawnana Berry and they're big Wednesday. Those are my absolute favorites and I would highly recommend them to anybody who has never been here

I used to love Robeks but after awhile the smoothies kinda started tickling the back of my throat and gave me a slight cough. Was weird. Sometimes they had a slight taste of freezer burn which made me sad 😭 However! I still love their bowls! Acai Especial is the best by far. Ask for extra granola 😉

Great smoothies! My favorite is the Acai smoothie with blueberries....I've been here several times. My new favorite is the Watermelon smoothie. It is super good!

I am so happy to have a Robeks near me. The Hero’s Garden is a great way to start my day and the ingredients are so healthy and clean and delicious.
