1st time trying this restaurant. We ordered the wild west shrimps which was the only thing that was good. My husband and I ordered the 10 oz. of fresh ground beef loaded with grilled mushrooms and caramelized onions and smothered with there savory garlic herb sauce and mashed potatoe and a sweet potatoe. The food wasn't edible. Loaded with salt. We told the waitress that we couldn't eat the food extremely salty she apologized and took it off the bill. Amazing that the manager didn't even bother to come to the table. Very disappointed.

While out of town, I stopped in for something to eat. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and sat at the bar. Tony was my bartender, and he was nice but not really attentive. He never offered me bread, utensils, or checked on me much. I was doing work, but those little things would have been nice. I ordered the pinot nior and it was ok. The french onion soup I had was the best dish of them all. I also ordered the grillled shrimp, and it looked great, but it was super salty. I had to try to take some of the seasoning off so I could eat it. The bill was decent, but this was just an ok experience.

Haven't been to LongHorn in a long time, we went on a Friday night and there was a wait however we were able to have a drink at the bar. The wait staff was awesome, even though they were busy they were personable and didn't seem overwhelmed. We will definitely be back

Waitress was very cute. She was very polite, she would ask us for more bread a few times before bringing it but we didn't mind so much . It was busy. Food was very good, drinks were very good. No issues.

EDIT: We decided to come back to this location and give it another chance. Our drinks came, and again the glasses were dirty, food particles both inside and outside. We sent our drinks back and asked for clean glasses, we were rewarded with more dirty glasses. We asked for the bill for the drinks, we weren't going to stay after that. The manager came to our table saying it's the rinse cycle, the same thing he Said to us the last time. We reminded him of that, there are no excuses for dishes being dirty. That was our final try at this location. We ate at the Bartonsville location on November 25 for an early dinner. We are locals and have eaten here several times in the past. We came with myself, my adult daughter and three boys. Our waitress was very good and attentive. Our food was also good. However as we drank our drinks, we realized the outside and inside of our cups were dirty. You couldn't see this when the drinks were full. You can see and feel residue on both the inside and outside of our glasses. Had we noticed this before we ordered or began drinking, we would have requested a bill for the drinks and left. We did pay our bill and request to speak to the manager. He did apologize and said it could be the rinse cycle. He did offer us a discount before he was made aware that we already paid, so Instead he gave us a single card for a free appetizer or desert . We were not looking for a refund, it was not about the money. But even as we are writing this review, we feel sick to our stomachs. That was a horrible thing to see and discover. Needless to say, we will not be back after this.

I finally got to try a T bone steak and it was good! This might be the only place where I get my steak done exactly like I want it because everywhere else I go my steak comes super well done and not good. There was a bit of a wait but everything else was good.

Food was great, finally got a steak with all meat. Would 100% go back. Dessert was tasty too, lava cake.

The food was amazing! This restaurant never disappoints. The steak was cooked to perfection, evenly cooked, well seasoned. The baked potato was cooked perfectly, nice and tender with a salty crispy skin. Will be dining here again…
