I had no pleasant experience in the clinic, I felt like I was in any other public health center. I was visiting the clinic for the first time and the first impression was a bad. The doctor wasn’t even asked me what’s my purpose and why I came. The concept of trust is important for the patient because healthcare, in general, involves an element of uncertainty and risk for the vulnerable patient who is reliant on the competence and intentions of the healthcare professional. Also, the staff needs to tell patients when calling and scheduling an appointment that they don’t accept credit cards. This made an unnecessary unpleasant situation for both parties.

After I came to the scheduled appointment, the doctor was not present at all or informed about my appointment and the scheduled service was not provided to me. Disrespect for other people's time, and very casual behavior on that issue (if I wanted to wait, I would go to a public health center - which I did not do due to business obligations) is the reason why I do not recommend this clinic. I lost “only” time and money.

I visited Srce Sarajeva clinic with my wife to check her condition after COVID19 infection and to my great surprise they had a very good packages with great prices and service. I always before i go to any restaurant, hotel or doctors office I check their reviews on google and Facebook to get an idea about the facility. To my surprise I found Srce Sarajeva awesome clinic contrary to some reviews especially considering doctors and staff who bent backwards to accommodate and do their best in this pandemic times especially nurse by name Seherzada who you can tell that loves her job helping others. The reason i did mark this clinic with 5 stars is the fact that they have set low prices with no additional costs and suprises. Doctor Milan is a top-notch, amazing and very thermal and professional. I'm still trying to absorb that someone wrote a negative comment on my favored nurse Seherzada since I know that she is a sunshine, kind and professional shiny jewel in this facility. I recommend this clinic to anyone, and I'm sure that they are open-minded, and they will improve their service after each of our review.

Ako želite da gubite svoje vrijeme u čekanju doktora/ice, dok vas osoblje na recepciji ignoriše, a pritom plaćate uslugu, onda vam preporučujem ovu kliniku. Jako neprofesionalno ponašanje prema pacijentima, nimalo ljubaznosti i humanosti. Od zakazivanja termina možete čekati i po sat vremena, a da vam se niko ne obrati.

Prilikom zakazivanja pregleda uposlenici poliklinike su rekli da pregled košta 60KM. Termin je bio u 13:10h, a pacijent je primljen u 13:35h. Doktor je obavio pregled srca, ne upoznavši pacijenta da će pregled koštati 110KM. Na kasi smo pregled platili 110KM, a sestra je objasnila da je cijena veća iz razloga što je doktor pored opisa stanja pacijenta napisao i preporuku za izmjenu terapije. Pregled je trajao cca 10min. Veoma neprofesionalno i neugodno za nekoga ko možda nije u prilici platiti pregled 50KM više od onoga koliko mu je prethodno rečeno.

Pleasant, well decorated place, with exceptionally pleasant stuff. I really liked that doctors are taking broader picture of one's health in the account. It is just so obvios that they are well trained and proffesional. Ladies from the laboratory are especially helpfull and nice. Let me just mention that I got my lab results after 3h, via email. And, since I couldn't make it for the follow up apointment, doctor has sent me comments and advises via email too. I am very satisfied with their service and approach, highest reccomendations. Big regards to Dr. Milan G., who's warmth and empathy are incredible.

Odlična klinika, uredan i lijepo uređen prostor, ljubazno osoblje. Jednostavno zakazao termin putem telefona i primljen kod doktorice u dogovoreno vrijeme. dr. Anida Divanović stručna, prijatna, saslušala je moje probleme sa empatijom i razumijevanjem. Pomogao mi je i sam razgovor sa doktoricom i dati savjeti. Lijep je osjećaj je kada dođete kod doktora koji pokazuje da mu je stalo do pacijenta, a nije tu samo radi zakazanog termina i naplate istog. Još jednom sve pohvale i preporuke od mene za dr. Bilo bi super kada bi uslugu UZ srca obavljao kardiolog a ne gastroenterolog. Kriva dijagnoza, nepotrebna terapija i dugo cekanje reda krase ovu kliniku. Na pitanje upuceno “kardiologu” da li smijem naglo prestati piti terapiju dobijam odgovor da smijem te da se nece nista desiti, sljedeci dan preskocim terapiju i dobijem nagli skok pritiska i budem primorana vratiti se na terapiju-toliko o tome. Ne znam da li je bila losija odluka da od svih, posjetim bas ovog “kardiologa” ili da odmah ne provjerim ispravnost svoje dijagnoze koja je u potpunosti netocna te mi nikakva terapija nije potrebna.

Jako ugodno iskustvo. Pored zakazanih termina ipak se malo čeka, ali nije za zamjeriti jer je osoblje divno i susretljivo. Dr. Đurđević divan..
