I used to go here to pick up coffe/food for me and my coworkers. We all had our own coupons. The last time I went they refused multiple coupons per vehicle even though they were separate orders. Clearly I wouldn't drink 5 coffees and eat 3 bagles and a muffin. I tried to inquire about ordering online and if multiple coupons would be accepted if I placed separate orders and one of the employees told me to "just stop and be quiet." With all of our orders it was over $50 we had maybe $5 off total. I definitely wont be visiting this location again.

It's drive-thru only!!! No place to go in and sit. They do offer wifi but do not like it when you sit out side and use it even after receiving my order!!! Not really friendly at that point

I was just there. The north Nottawa store. The girls were friendly and the coffee hot!

Gross!! Worst tasting coffee we've ever had last visit. Don't plan on returning. We'll stick with Five Lakes.

I can’t express how wonderful the staff at the Sturgis MI location is. I brought a paper bogo coupon to this location that sadly wasn’t excepted due to the location being privately owned. The staff was very kind in explaining this and apologized for not being able to accept it but did inform me of a few locations that would. The staff could have been short and simply said no but they went above and beyond simple making our drinks. We talked with the staff (all laughter and smiles) for a short while after we receiving our drinks. We can’t wait to make many more stops at the Sturgis location for more laughs and great coffee. Biggby couldn’t have asked for better staff at this location. :)

I always get a Large Hot Coffee with honey and 2% Milk. They always do it just right.

This location does a great job! It is a small location, so the wait time is slightly longer. The associates more than make up for it with friendly service and delicious drinks!

Drive thru only! But the employees are top notch!!
