If you are looking to purchase a watch in the Stuttgart area, THIS is the place to go. Yes, it's about a 15 minute drive. But it's well worth it. I went to 3 different shops in Stuttgart proper. The customer service was non-existent. It was very transactional and cold. There was no friendliness. There was no passion for watches. There was no consultation. It was simply "what do you want?" Nothing more. My uncle found this jeweler and I'm so glad that he did. Dimi was very warm and inviting from the moment we walked in. He was happy to listen to what I was looking for and offer a variety of options. No high pressure sales tactics. We had a pleasant conversation about watches. Since we live outside the USA, he filled out all of the appropriate VAT paperwork as well. I ended up going with a Nomos Club Sport Neomatik in Blue. If you're looking for a pleasant watch experience that's not snobby and fair prices, I highly recommend Dimi and the Lepple team.
