Very bad customer service. I have been a regular customer for many years and now there were discrepancies with an order. Easy Ticket reacted very unprofessionally and, above all, not in a customer-oriented manner. I will no longer be ordering there from now on.

You pay €1.50 for shipping so you have to pick up the cards in the industrial area. No email delivery, let alone delivery to your home. Simply bold.

I would like to buy tickets for pop and poetry. I've been trying to get someone on the phone for a week. None. It's Saturday and I've been on hold for 45 minutes now. Then write via the chat function whether there is - as is sometimes possible - a kind of preview of the view of the stage from the selected seats. A Jenny Richter writes that there are seats for 38EUR and standing room for 19EUR (...) Huh???

Excellent service! That's the way it has to be! I had ordered tickets for an event (Hengstparade Marbach) on the wrong date, paid by credit card and (to make matters worse) registered as a "guest" on EasyTicket. A quick call to the service number, briefly explained my problem to the extremely friendly lady and - after a short query to her supervisor - I promptly received a very friendly call back. The tickets are rebooked on the correct date and were in the inbox 2 minutes later. This is how customer service should work!!! - And I know what I'm talking about... ;-) Thank you very much again, madam?!?

I ordered from easyTicket and selected Print@Home as the shipping method. However, no tickets were attached in the order confirmation and no delivery method was specified. Only the costs for the delivery method were priced at €0. After I asked customer service, my tickets were suddenly left for collection and a €1.50 service fee was charged. The service staff couldn't do anything and I'm stuck with the €1.50, even though I received another order confirmation. Therefore: Never again EasyTicket.

Tickets cannot be delivered via email and payment via Paypal is not possible. Feels like 2010...

Well, if it works, congratulations, enjoy it when you have your cards in your hand, otherwise... What can I say, order your cards through another provider if possible, because their problem-solving ability leaves a lot to be desired ( through no fault of mine)

I can't understand some of the negative reviews here. I've never had any problems with a booking and when complications arose, the telephone service was always friendly and solution-oriented. Maybe some people would rather blame others than themselves.
