I
was
there
last
night
for
a
birthday
celebration.
Servers
were
nice,
but
stressed
(no
customer
wants
to
be
surrounded
by
stressed
employees)
and
inattentive
(no
bread
etc).
Starters
were
good
but
for
the
size
not
really
good
value.
We
waited
an
hour
and
a
half
for
pizza
(which
is
crazy
considering
a
wood
fire
oven
needs
about
90
seconds
to
bake
a
pizza).
I’m
a
patient
guy,
but
people
who
ordered
the
same
dish
an
hour
later
ate
first.
This
is
a
standard
sign
of
disorganization.
The
server
(2nd
one
-
they
strangely
swapped)
mentioned
the
kitchen
is
too
small.
As
a
guest
it’s
not
really
my
problem
-
then
reduce
the
number
of
tables
or
expand
the
kitchen.
Pizza
wise
the
dough
was
good
but
toppings
tasted
bland.
I
would
be
interested
in
buying
wine
or
olives
to
go,
but
from
a
culinary
perspective
there’s
a
lot
of
improvement
needed
before
I
would
go
out
of
my
way
to
go
back
and
I
left
disappointed.
Nice
ambient
and
made
pretty
cozy,
though.
