Ms Evon were professional, well verse , experienced and had good sense in matching the ring with my fiancé hand shape and we fall in love with her recommendation straight away. Me and my fiancé were shopping for wedding band on 30 June, and we were pass by Le Lumiere, we didn’t have much expectation at first because this brand is not like other jewellery shops with strong advertising. Same like other shops, we went in and look for design that we want. Ms. Evon came to serve us immediately once we step in the shop, she asked for our preference and she chose the designs that might suitable for us based on our personality and patiently explain the difference of each wedding band. Despite we still hesitate to buy on the spot as we had not view all other shops at that time, but we were came back to her later and bought the wedding band after our consideration as we were impressed for her professionalism and the wedding band that she matched for us. Very enjoying to have Evonne who served us. My fiancé and I was looking for rose gold wedding band in other shop and we found none of them nice. Finally, we saw Le Lumiere and were impressed with Evonne's service and their rose gold selection with competitive price. Evonne was very patience to let me try different kinds of ring even though I thought I have found myself a suitable one when she gave me the first one. However, after many trials, surprisingly I got another one which was much more suitable to me. Furthermore, the price is still within our budget. We were really satisfied with the service given and they are really friendly and know the customers' needs, rather than just pushing the sales to the customers.
