This building is super dirty and filthy. The toilets in the common area are badly maintained and not cleaned regularly. Car park machine sometimes doesn’t function properly. The open space and corridor is infested with cockroaches (see pics). I cannot comprehend this at all.

Very bad attitude of the management officer and the bad attitude of the security guard. Asked something you will get scolded by them and when you ask about something they like did not understand bahasa melayu and English. The environment there very low class and full of the foreigner especially the Bangladesh, Nepal guard and the lift all full of the smell when you get into it..... Did not recommend to anyone.

The place is very good for a single short stay. The room is available at a very cheap price and sharing is also possible. The apartments are switable for small and competitively standard family. There are convenient store and some restaurants in the ground floor which is very useful for the dweller.

When book directly online, the photos of the room looks decent. However upon checking in, expectation dropped, room looks old. Pillows seem old and used. Underneath the bed is dirty and dusty. Toiletries is limited, provided with shower gel and shampoo only, don't have toothbrush and toothpaste. The shower gel bottle seems spoiled as was hard to push. Towel seem unwashed and dirty, like used a million over times. Overall, hygiene of the toilet is disgusting. Understand that they have 'sustainability policy', so room will not be tidy daily or towel replaced but despite staying 3 days 2 nighs, the basic amenities like water bottles were not refilled. Had to buy our own at nearest convenient store. The only plus point is that the staffs are friendly and approachable. Told them about the spoiled hair dryer, and they got it to replace without any fuss.

Came late at night. Around 10-10:30 pm. As i arrive at the hotel at 10pm, the lobby was closed. Why on earth you close your front desk at 10pm? Are u insane? This is the first hotel that did that. Absolutely stupidous. The check in process was so long. It took me 30 minutes to get my room key.

    1. Location is central for this hotel, as primary. 2. Hotel rooms are just so-so and price are considered affordable for the rate given for this, but the F&B outlets in this building is quite limited as there are only 1 western restaurant (The Ship- main road facing) with just a few F&B stalls located inside the building, hidden away beside the lifts area. 3. The air in building is stale if you want to sit there to patronise the stalls. 4. No Chinese food or Asian food restaurant in and beside this building. Location: Central Hotel: rooms are relatively clean and decent. Parking: is fully chargeable and not exactly cheap eventhough I'm a hotel guest with my family. You need to drive up and park at the road level car park for overnight parking to justify the cost (per entry) as compared to per hour charges if you park inside the building at basement. Recommendation: Don't recommend you go there.

My first time here and I stayed for 2 weeks for work. One thing I like about the room, I have my own wifi (Secured) work desk and view of the city. Once I entered the room, I felt like I enter studio, everything is in one space and I am satisfied for what they provided (Plates/Fork/Spoon/Mug/Bowl etc) I really appreciate for this as I need all of this. Location is in a good location and very near to the PJ oldtown if you guys need to find something. About the cleanliness, all perfect and make sure you guys appreciate it. How we get when we enter the room, that is how we leave. I will definitely come back again for next staycation. Thanks for the service!

I’d advise to stay if no more than 1-2 nights. For $20 it’s a fine choice. Not far from Sentral. Just $4 by taxi. Rooms are clean

πŸ‘πŸ‘ High end building. The structure of the building very solid. Place of luxury. Business, retail and residence concept here. The car parking light quite dim. It should be more brighter for safety wise. This is forest place before the building built up here.

😠 Beware international travellers: This isn't a hotel, they wouldn't accept payment transfer remittance, cards and needed ~20% more if I paid via airbnb. Only when I called to say I arrived and couldn't find it, did they tell me I couldn't come in until I had made online payment. Spent near 40minute...
