Place is nice, my child can play for hours there. But people allergic to dust better avoid the place, they have plenty of it everywhere. Got triggered really badly after visit. Need to improve on cleanliness.

The facilities were well-maintained, offering a safe and engaging environment for children. However, we couldn't help but notice that the setting remained unchanged since our last visit a year ago. It would be fantastic if they could introduce some variety or update the play area to enhance the overall experience.

My son had lots of fun..I took video of the environment during day time but couldn't upload here.. just abit pricey for guardian..each kid must accompanied by 1 adult and we have to pay RM10 for it.. it would be great if they provide free 1 adult for 1 paid kid..

This place is so fun. Aircon playground. My kids love it. The entrance is gated so we don’t worry kids will go out the playground easily. There is cafeteria in this playground so we can take a break after playing. Recommend to park in P1 to reach jungle gym directly and after finished jungle gym, go to pet shop in the same floor to see the animal, eg iguana, turtle. The pet shop is nice also.

This playcentre is quite okay. Lots of thing available for kids to play around and enjoy. Environment wise, i think its quite gloomy. The place could use some extra lighting to brighten the surrounding. Some area are quite scary as it was dark. There's cafe, but its limited to just few snacks. light meal is available but so few choices. Instant Noodle, fries and nuggets. Guardian are charged on entry. The fees for children differs by age. All in all, its still a fun place for children.

Booked the ticket online a few hours before going to the place on a random weekday. Kids had so much fun before we headed for dinner hoping to return the playground at 7pm. Only to find out the operating hours were from 10am to 7 pm (instead of 10pm as advertised on the official website). A complaint was made pending investigation and response from the management.

Saddest looking ball pit that was so empty that you can see right at the floor. The pathetic remaining balls are half squashed and it’s actually sticky in there. The foam balls area, worst. Machine can’t even generate enough wind to keep more than 4 balls floating. The big slides are all unattended, kids are all climbing up backwards and I’ve seen several RUNNING up backwards as well (and running down), no staff was in sight. The toddler ball pit was empty, no balls at all. I’ve been coming here for 5+ years and witnessed firsthand how rundown this place has become. Used to be my fave place to bring my eldest, but after today, I’m never coming back again. Complete rundown and waste of time. And what an atrocity that they’re still charging the same rate as 5 years ago, basically more than double the rate of what other places are charging (ie Parenthood @Pyramid). Either u rejuvenate the place, or shut the damn place down instead of what it is right now.

I love this place. Its my first time visiting. I came here with my 5,4,2 years old children. We all have so much fun. We came on Monday, and the visitor is only around 3 or 4 children excluding mine. The playground like belong to us. We didn't try their food as we opted other place for food. we will definitely come back here again to play. And i think coming here on weekdays is the best.

My kids love the place and can spend hours inside it. The animal rides session wasn't opened during our visit, not sure if it's only meant for people that celebrate their birthdays there. Overall it's a good place for the kids to release energy.

They charged rm66 per kid But 1) alot of broken things.. the ball at the "basketball" court. 2) the soap to wash hand is like dish washer added with lotd of water 3) drinking water at rm2.70 4) the place is relatively small compared to other playground Overall , dont think wanna come back again... My son likes this place but apparently they are not maintaining the equipment. Most of the sections were closed or under maintenance for instancenoneof the wind gun was working and etc. We went during weekend and lots of kids and parents were there. There were only 1 ball at the footsal/basketball court and many kids were trying to own the only ball. It costs nothing to provide few more basketball or football for the kids. Paid RM66 and get less quality this time.

The greatest playing spot for children is here! Huge and colorful jungle gym is so much fun both of kids and parents. Many slider, ball pool, shooting area, exercise balls area, and rest space for parents with mini theatre. The only point which concern me is expensive price

Came here with my triplets baby for the first time. Not much choices for kids below 2 years old and overall not much fun activities compare to other playgrounds. The management need to improve on their cleanliness especially during covid. Seriously the place is so dirty and dusty. I mean come on it for kids isn't the place must always be clean at all time? Like vacuum all the dirt around? Look like they never clean for years! And the light is so dim like in a bedroom kinda light hahahaha....it not as bright and clean like the one we went to Jungle Gym BSC.

Very spacious, suitable for kids above 2 years old. There are ball pits, slides, mini merry go round, football/basketball field, mini cinema and so on. A good place to celebrate your kids' birthday. Might need to closely monitor your kids if they are below 3 years old (need to climb up and down with them, quite tiring). This is one of my son's favourite place to go. The ticket price during weekends are slightly higher than weekdays. Need to bring your own anti-slip socks otherwise you may purchase with the price of RM8 per pair at the counter.

After reading the postive reviews, thought to visit there ourselves. Pictures are quite deceiving, pictures won't be able to tell u if equipments are in working order. Boy were we disappointed! It was way below average! 1. No air-conditioning 2. Broken down ball collector that shoots out balls 3. Dark 4. No mats for toboggan ride ( when asked staff they said there never was one) absolutely absurd as kids are meant to slide down the metal rollers on their bare bum?? Definitely not safe!! 5. Guardians has to pay RM10 to accompany kids?! Never have I experienced this at other playcenters Only positive I could praise is, staff are very helpful. And very spacious space

Had a blast birthday party for my 2 yrs old son yesterday. The place is spacious, food was good, place is clean n regularly sanitise and staff are friendly and helpful especially Danish who helped me coordinate the birthday party. Overall I am very satisfied!!! Most recommended place to throw birthday party for your loved ones👍

Spacious and good range of equipment. Big enough to get the kids to spend their energy. At RM48, it is a tad bit in the pricey side but still good value for money. Guardians must oay RM5 too, with a free bottle of water retailing at RM3.70. We went on a Thursday afternoon and it was empty, as was the mall. Decent space for adults to chill (front and back) but dun expect great coffee and no bean bags for adults! Adults can either have mani and pedi or get a foot or body massage at 2 nearby outlets They do seem to cater for birthdays as they have 2 rather large areas for concurrent celebrations.

Nice place for Ayman, my autistic boy on weekdays & staffs really helpful & aware of my boy’s condition. Neat & tidy place as well. It’s just that charging for guardian a bit pricey. RM5 is appropriate for guardian per child I think, just like another JG in MyTown.

Came here for the first time during post-MCO promo. A big and spacious indoor playground for kids to spend hours in there. A big plus with washroom inside and comfy resting/movie area for parents to chill. The security is good. The snack option are on the unhealthy side, but at least can order hot food. The menu is quite extensive.

Place is general is nice and worth visiting for younger kids. My only issue was the staff working. They are pretty young and mostly those who are assign in the play area are just jumping and playing like other kids which is unexpected. We visited on Saturday and my son is 19 months. He was walking close by when one of the staff jumped on one of the swings which almost hit my son. The staff involved did not apologize or acknowledge his act which was pretty bad. I was just lucky that I was just beside him when this happen so i was able to pull him away before the swing hit him otherwise I would have had a crying child and who knows what else

Highly recommended for kiddos . I went on weekday around 5pm and it was a happy hour so they charged rm27 for kid and rm10 for both parents.equipments are good slides are higher and very nice. There is trampoline area, slide area, ball pool area, ball shooting area, small rides and lots more.
