Enticing location at the entrance but unfortunately we left disappointed. We had been looking forward to a meal here after walking past a full crowd many times. RM35 weekday lunch set seemed great value for a sit down restaurant in Bukit Bintang but a few things let it down. Server did not place our order for calamari. Luckily it was only a shared starter and not one of our mains. Tiny portion of tomato soup took 30 minutes to arrive. Less than half a soup spoon deep. Garlic bread flimsy and not well toasted. Nando’s garlic bread much better. One soup had a long hair in it and credit to the server he replaced it immediately. One main arrived 10 minutes before the other. Spaghetti bolognese was OK, better than the fried chicken burger. The homemade lemonade is a shocking yellow and tastes like the sparkling yellow 100 Plus. The strawberry lemonade is much better, or stick to iced lemon tea. Update: They just served the calamari after clearing the table and I am sat here waiting for the bill.

Quivo is one of the places I wanted to try. Went there on a Tuesday evening, around 8:30 pm. Nice vibrant atmosphere. Decent food. Disappointed with many things in menu not available -- 1) Tomato Soup 2) Limited drinks selection - I checked on 3 wine selection by glasses and each of them were out of stock. Sad part the serving staff was not aware of out of stock for 2 of these. 3) Even mix fruit tea was out of stock. I would have rated 4 stars for overall experience and food. But, for now 3 stars due to limited menu selections. Attaching some food pics :)

We ordered: - Red wine - Merlot - Bottle Taste bold and dry, price match the quality. At least not overpriced - Pasta: Angry Arrabiata The cheese tofu abit surprise me - Parmesan crusted salmon Salmon not fresh enough - Quivo Jungle Juice - Glass Sweeter than I thought but not bad Service not rly good but acceptable. Attitude of the staffs may not so friendly as they may judge your appearance. I should be used to it as sorry my wardrobe just have oversized t-shirt and jeans ;( But will never visit agn haha, food got ntg special tho

Nice place to chill. Operating until 12am / 2am, so you can take your time doing your catch up here. Tried their spinach fondue and hell.. that’s a good one! Pizza and the carbonara we had were acceptable and chicken parmigiana was good. Portion is not that big but is acceptable and no ice water — you can have the bottled water (at RM 19). Staff was nice and friendly. Recommended!

Enjoy a delightful ambiance and delectable cuisine at this establishment. The truffle pizza and classic Wagyu beef were truly delicious, albeit slightly overpriced. The service was exceptional, making it a recommended spot for those seeking quality small bites.

Quivo is a lovely place to come eat. Came during off peak hours and enjoyed the quiet ambience and decor. Staff are pretty friendly but the menu selection is relatively small and some items were not available. Loved the food I did get, was definitely authentic Italian food, which is very hard to find in Malaysia. I would go again if u ever have cravings for Italian food.

Ordered truffle fries, three burgers from the lunch set, a pizza and the pesto pasta. Truffle fries were quite decent and burgers were pretty good! The pasta was a so-so for me. Personally the burgers were more worth it for the lunch sets compared to pasta. Enjoyed the pizza as well. Overall had a comfortable dining experience here on a Monday afternoon. Reservations can be made on their website.

We had a delicious and scrumptous dinner at Quivo KL, located in massive the Pavilion Mall. By coicidence our favourite chef from Quivo JB was in KL We ordered our delicious dishes and top it up with a hot brownie with ice cream and chocolate sauce dessert. The ambience was lovely and the staff was fantastic with their friendly and helpful service. Kudos Quivo KL, we will be back but in the meantime we wiil be at Quivo JB this weekend, never fail to have a meal everytime we're in JB.

Pizza was reviewed pretty nicely but I had the burger, which was pretty decent but definitely not worth the hefty price tag. The fruit juices definitely was under par, if you do drink alcohol, just go for those instead.

Order a Caesar salad and soft shell crab pesto pasta. Both were absolutely delightful. Being a person that actually dislikes dressing, I found the dressing in the salad just nice in amount, and coated unexpectedly uniformly on each layer of romaine lettuce. Which I believe was part of the kitchen’s deliberate effort. The generous amount of cheese, garlic flavoured crispy croutons and breaded soft-boiled egg added a good bunch of flavours and textures to it. The pesto, on the other side, was absolutely enjoyable with all the herby and earthy fragrance while incorporating some Asian chilli heat in it. Which is not how the traditional pesto usually is done, but I found the balance incredibly thoughtful. Like it added some decent kick to it, elevated the flavours, yet took nothing away from our enjoyment with the herby goodness. The only downside is the price. But I can’t blame it when it’s situated in one of the most expensive malls in towns. Other than that, I have to say I truly enjoyed every bite of my food on the table.

Wow! not only the risotto is standing, its dancing with the beef! risotto undercooked. this place is so unique! we have scallop sushi grade pizza! scallops are raw. omg! so the prawns are so cute like miniature soft toys! something is fishy with the prawn color. that was RM180 of burnt cash. haha

I am absolutely baffled with the high reviews. Perhaps they've changed the chef but the food we had last night, was all just bad. Let me start by saying when we left, me and my partner both had stomach aches till the next day. We had four dishes, lobster rolls (that seemed like a indian gravy instead, yet tasted bland), spinach fondue (that wasn't a fondue, just mushy spinach with too much cheese, served with fried pastry sheets??what??) garlic bread rolls (burnt on the outside and undercooked, just drenched in cheese) and a pasta arrabiata that tasted like what you'd get with mamak western food. The drinks were watered down, and for the price point, and reviews here, this was HIGHLY disappointing.* Shudders* The one saving point is that the service was okay. Staff seemed untrained, but at least they were nice.

Couldn’t get enough !Do try try their food..a lot of choices..And up expectations. The place is at a nice corner outdoors of Pavilion 🥰

Food takes a while to arrive when restaurant is at half capacity. And food arrived at different timings. Will be ideal if the food will all arrive at the same time. Service is good. Food is alright but value for money (power lunch: RM35). Would visit again during dinner service on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Called few times few days before Saturday night to book a table but no one picks up, only realise reservation is done through their website. Overall food is okay. Portion is just nice. Staffs are quite busy so it’s hard to get their attention sometimes.

For starters, the gambas in garlic oil is an excellent choice. The prawns are fresh with an excellent texture. And do smother your bread with the flavour-infused oil. The lamb ragu is heavy on the black pepper, making it quite spicy. The texture of the pasta is a bit hard. The passionfruit lemonade had no hint of passionfruit in my opinion. Too sweet. Service is attentive and friendly.

Had their pesto soft shell crab pasta. It was great. Love the taste alot. The mac and three cheese, although very generous in cheese but it's a bit too thick. Milk shake was okay.

Enjoyed good coffee and food in a pleasant ambiance – a great spot to relax with friends. The garlic prawns were a personal favorite, and the wagyu burger was also satisfying. However, there was a missed opportunity as they didn't provide water options, making us purchase it. It seems like a basic offering, especially on a hot day, for customers already dining in.

Nice cozy outlet to dine and watch the kl pavillion shoppers go by. Ideal for quick catch up over a coffee and simple food after a day of shopping with family. There’s a quiet corner for meeting discussions too. Food was exciting and we were eager to try everything but were only able to order some to share as I was only with my son. We had the regular & the mini wagyu burger - both were tasty We enjoyed snacking on the avocado dip, baked mushrooms. The calamari and the prawns were very delicious too.

Didn't eat here as we were after a twilight drink. Tried their signature drink: the Quivo Jungle Juice which I can attest to being a fantastically refreshing drink to sit, relax and watch the passing footraffic stroll by on a balmy KL night. Love the polite friendly staff and the cool vibe. I recommend this drink and this place. Nb: cake selection is on display for all to see and looks scrumptious.

Went for a drink due to one of their advertised specials. Staff were really nice and even after one of them finished their shift they came and said goodbye. But no one likes being hit with hidden charges when they go to pay. They hit you with 2. A table charge and a 10% charge. What was listed as 78RM cost me 90.50RM. It wasn't a lot because I only went for a drink but still annoying. I imagine if I ate and drank there with a few people it'd be much worse.

First came here for the Carbonara, it was great, cheese was given generously! I would recommend to request to add black pepper for some extra spice and penetrating aroma! Second visit was invited by the former staff, cheers to Sophia! 🫶🏻 Pizza was great! Mac and Cheese was classic, yummy and cheesy!!! The lemonade is a must try, it was so good! Service was amazing!! Kudos to the Quivo team! 👊🏻

Food Ate: Spinach dip, Crispy chicken, Carbonara, Wagyu burger, Qeema Pizza. Pros: 1) The service here is shoo good. 2) The ambiance there is good for fancy meeting. 3) There’s variety of foods to choose from. 4) The portion is amazing. 5) Cashless payment accepted here. Cons: 1) The food does not come cheap. 2) The coffee tasted bland.

Very glad we decided to try Quivo today, the waitress was very friendly and the food was excellent. We had the caeser salad, picante pepperoni pizza, truffle fries, and kids Mac and cheese. All of the dishes were very, very good. As well, the restaurant had an excellent standard of cleanliness. You can see the salad and pizza chef prepare the pizzas upfront and the rest behind the kitchen. All very clean and professional. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu items.

Portion of food is not up to expectation, but able to stuff your stomach up. Taste of the food is good and tasty, worth a try. Recommend doing reservation with Quivo due to lots of people does reserved their seat. Environment, inner area does seems cozy and nice, as I'm experiencing outer area, it's not bad, just not cozy enough. (Not sure affected by Pavilion air-con malfunctioning situation or not.) Staff services is friendly and nice, I do enjoy the dine-in experience over there, quite satisfied. Overall, if rating for 4 out of 5 is due to their price is consider expensive for the portion served, if portion is more will be much worthy for the dine-in. Recommend for a try out~ ??

There's 5 of us. We tried the greak pizza (which the lamb comes in meat ball shape, a bit too strong smell) pepperoni pizza (classic), both have thin crust. Then we had risotto (seafood, but only two prawns on top) which is super creamy. And truffle fries (super nice and good amount of cheese and nice dipping sauce) and a quivo cleanser (salad). We also called the jungle juice (gin) for drinks (one jug, not enough tho). All cost around 300+ for the bill.

Came by for some beers with friends after dinner nearby. Their happy hour offers seemed pretty okay. Service was alright too. Ordered the truffle fries to munch on, the truffle aioli sauce was good! The fries were... pretty underwhelming. In terms of truffle taste, it was there but the consistency of the fries wasn't. Some were hard, some were soft. It's like it wasn't cooked together.

Used to pass-by this restaurant don't hv chance to eat here because always full. Now, it quite quiet, good times for locals to savour. Their pizza shaped oval and quite big portion for 1 person. Just notice, they having promotion for platter set only Rm$99 with special deals for liquor beverage...very good deal. Like the restaurant 's ambience...nice decoration and good view, facing in front of Pavilion, fountain and main B.Bintang road.

Good food and service. We've eaten here a number of years ago and recently tried it again. Slightly different menu but food was still well done. We had the saffron seafood risotto and rice was cooked perfectly as were the grilled prawns but the clams were not very fresh. Shout out to the service staff who did a good job with food and drink recommendations and were attentive but not intrusive.

Thier food is delicious and the service is excellent, especially the onion rings it is the best in KL, also thier prices are not very expensive. However the only disadvantage is the Coca-Cola and other soda drinks costs 17 RM including tax wich is too exaggerated sice you can get the same one from super market for 1.40 RM only, also it is the highest soda drink price among all restaurants because it usually ranges from 3 to 6 RM and 11 RM for the fanciest restaurants but 17 is too much and that is why i don't go here very often because I always consider the coke price hope I hope that they reduce it to 8 or 10 RM

Food was amazing specially the new hot dog menu. However, service attitude was bad. When your guest needs something and was waiting for someone to just look at him, u don't ask ur guest to wait. Came here because see people said it was good. I would say that it’s below average. See many ppl rave bout Risotto, but it was just just bad. It wasn’t properly cooked. Told the waitress but she just brushed it off by saying it’s like tat. Pizza also average only. Mushroom soup is was lousy and little. More bread than soup. So many other places to eat here. Better for ur the value of your money. Not recommended for both food and service

We used to love this restaurant, however the waitress told me that they are under new management…. It seems as a result of this they have gone seriously downhill. When we arrived there was a napkin and coaster on our table so it hadn’t been cleaned after the last customer, and we had to ask the staff to do so. This should be a priority given the covid situation. Following this, the waitress brought out our plates and one had bits of dried food on it. You can also no longer get ice water and have to pay for bottled (which I refuse to do as it is not environmentally friendly). Half of the menu items were unavailable but this was not indicated on the menu. Neither me or my partner could get what we had decided upon, yet they still managed to be incredibly rude about making an alteration to a pizza. So disappointing!

Food quality has deteriorated, not as delicately prepared as before.

Service: Went there with my friends, the staff was very friendly and helpful with tending to our needs. Food also came relatively quickly. Food: Although the price is on the higher side, the food quality was very good. Loved the pizza, it had the perfect crunch and a very nice char which added depth to flavours. The truffle fries were also amazing, that aioli sauce is absolute bomb. That said the amount of sauce provided was not enough for the price we paid. My second issue is that the piece of beef we added for the risotto was very dry. For the price you are charging that is unacceptable because the beef was an expensive addition, I hope this issue will be resolved soon.

Unfriendly waitress. Waited 45mins for my pizza. Checked n found order given to someone else. Asked to cancel order. Staff not apologetic or confirm cancellation. And it wasn’t even peak hour.

I went here twice, while visiting pavillion mall. Tried the prawn nibblers, but on my 2nd visit, they ran out of nibblers/finger food. Try the happy hour draught promo, mug and pints are available. The service here is great.

Went for their vegetarian options. A little overpriced for the kind of food they serve. The guacamole Nachos (see pic) were a disappointment - the Avocado was too raw, and the portion was so small. Good ambiance, nice and approachable waiting staffs.

Food is really good. So many choices and they are all Absolutely delicious. Service crews were quite attentive. Very pricey. Dissapointed when they do not even serve normal plain water. Had to go for imported plain water only… that deserved a reduced star for me

I have only good things to say based on our experience dining here. food was good. Beer was chilled. Staffs were attentive and friendly enough. Food came within an agreeable time frame. 11/10 would recommend.

On a Thursday close to Christmas, the crowd was full house. We didn't have a reservation but was seated relatively quickly. Ordered the Pepperoni Pizza, Healthy sale and 2 Avocado coconut drinks. Service was a tad slow due to the crowd but food came as it should be. Crisp salad and the pizza was cooked perfectly. Thin crust and piping hot. A very satisfying meal indeed. By @crazykookycook

Update! I spent rm300 on FOOD POISONING on VALENTINES day! I got the seafood risotto and not only did it not taste good but I was hugging the toilet for the next THREE days. It was an absolute nightmare. I will never dine here again and if you’re not a fan of puking all night I recommend you do the same. Also the order came out at weird times. We got 1 main course first then the appetizer then the second entree (had to ask about this one) and our drinks only showed up after we started eating. Not organized and the seafood was clearly not fresh. - Bad service! They had this store on Grab called pop pasta kaw kaw and I loved their pasta. I go in Grab today and it’s unavailable. I called three times and I got hung up on THREE times. The last call I was able to talk to someone and they said it was only temporary. When I told him that I really like their pasta and I wanted to buy it from somewhere and asking where I could get it he said that he would pass me to his colleague and then he hung up on me. Is this how you treat your customers?

Philadelphia cheese steak was good with nice tender, juicy beef slices and soft hoagie. Mac & cheese and avocado dip was uninspired and bland. Service has a lot to be improved. Ssrvers were standing around talking while diners were waiting to be seated.

Love the atmosphere here! Initially came here for the lemonade but ordered a plate of spaghetti bolognese to try. I liked it but my mum found it a lilllll too greasy for her liking. A lil pricey as well, but I guess it's not too bad for occasional nomsies 💸 Would probably come back for the lemonade though!
