One
of
the
worst
experience
I've
ever
had,
been
to
the
shop
on
16
May,
2021.
Ask
for
a
pendant
which
should
be
including
with
a
10k
gold
chain,
but
the
staff
told
me
that
it
doesn't
come
with
one,
and
up
sale
me
with
another
916
gold
chain,
and
I'm
in
a
rush
so
I
accept
the
offer,
and
pay
directly.
But
once
I
get
back
to
my
place
I
feel
suspicious,
cause
the
pendant
only
weight
0.15
gram
(999
gold,
not
sure
it's
true)
and
it
cost
439
MYR.
So
I
check
on
their
official
website,
and
it
state
it
does
come
with
a
10k
gold
chain.
After
all
this
I
message
the
staff
and
ask
for
a
solution,
and
the
staff
act
like
he
doesn't
know
their
own
product,
and
try
to
fool
with
me.
I'll
be
visiting
their
shop
tmr
(17
May,
2021)
and
ask
for
a
reasonable
solution,
or
else
I'll
be
doing
a
police
report
regarding
this
situation.
Hopefully
SK
Jewellery
management
can
look
into
this
case,
and
take
some
action
on
training
their
staff.
This
case
really
make
me
lose
confident
to
deal
with
SK
Jewellery.
