Bought this wind up mouse today for my girlfriend's cats, I was very excited to give this too them. When I got back home it was the first thing I looked at. I was filled with so much excitement as I was opening the package. When it finally came to trying the product out my excitement very quickly became.... Not anger.... But disappointment. It would not go in a straight line.... But in circles and sometimes didn't move at all....... The cats laughed at it because it looked so ridiculous just spinning in circles. You know what I was going to give this store 1 star but since the hamsters were very cute I will give it two stars. PS I should have gotten the mouse from daiso.

I gave them a call at around 1.20pm Sunday but no one is picking up… So, I asked my husband to go for walk in purchase but no staff around. Err….seriously? Should customer just pick up item left the money on the counter and left? Is that how it works?

Staffs are very nice and helpful. Store is clean and everything is in order.

I called over the phone to purchase as I was unable to reach to the shop on time. Sharath was very helpful. He took our in request, allowed me to pay online and was willing to wait for me till I reached. Truly truly helpful. Restored humanity and help feed my kitten back home. Thank you Sharath.
