    I’m absolutely loving my sessions with James. I’m learning a lot about strength training, nutrition and how to better support my body. I’m also lifting loads I never thought I’d be able to. I appreciate the tailored approach to suit my body and my goals. Plus, they play fantastic music and play the music I like to motivate me when I need to dig deep. I absolutely love the tracking sheet. It keeps me accountable and in competition with myself. Also, bathrooms would have to be the nicest I’ve seen at any gym ever.

    All three personal trainers; Ashleigh, James and Sophie are great. They’re all very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, all three are very approachable and are always happy to answer any questions that you may have. They cater to everyone’s individual goal and are able to work around any issues that you may have in order to achieve that goal. As someone with chronic back pain, them being able to adjust routines so that I can still achieve my goals has been a great motivation for me individually. Not to mention the gym equipment. The gym equipment is brand new and well kept after. There is huge variety that’ll suit your goals.

    I trained with Sophie while in Perth for seven months, she made such a huge change to my personal outlook on fitness and life and I cannot recommend her and everyone else at EPT enough!

    Ashleigh is a fabulous coach. She will always push you to achieve more and more each session but also offer support outside of the gym floor to help you prioritise your health and overall well-being. Since training with ashleigh I’m not only physically healthier and have achieved my weight loss goals but have overall been able to improve my mindset and mental health! She will always work with you to achieve what is important to you and is a great friend and support!

    With injuries to manage and having been away from the gym environment for some time, I started a personalised and practical program with James. This involved improving strength, agility and nutrition in a most professional way. The results have been above expectations and I am able to complete sessions injury free. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. James and the EPT crew have put a lot into the new training centre at Subiaco which is perfect for their one on one training programs. Highly recommended!

    My husband and I have been training with EPT , Ashleigh and James since Jan 2019 and they have been absolutely amazing. Our premise for training with them has always been about long term goals, not just to lose weight for short term but to maintain our fitness as we grow older. Ash and James always listen to our needs, push us when they need to push us but also scale back when they know we need that break. So for those of you who feel intimidated thinking you need to work out all the time to have super buff bodies, remember it can be about overall fitness and health and that's what this team is all about.They don't force you to do what is unnecessary but focus on an all rounded approach to what is best for you. I highly recommend their business for its ethics and how they operate. We can't imagine having our fitness needs met by anyone else in Perth!

    Training with James has changed my life. 60 years of age when I started with James and at the time was overweight and had mobility and strength problems that needed addressed. I am healthier and fitter than I have been in my earlier years. EPT are more than personal trainers, they provide amazing programs tailored for you in addition to tailored eating programs and rehabilitation for injuries and surgeries. Amazing , well worth the hard work and commitment to a healthier lifestyle and longer life. Thankyou.

    James, Ash and the team at EPT are exceptional. The training facility has top of the range equipment and the personalised workouts will consistently challenge your body to keep the momentum rolling towards your goals. Awesome vibe, the team will bring you up on those challenging days to push your limits further. Always a pleasure at the end of the pain.

    After a year of haphazard dieting and inconsistent exercise, I was made aware of EPT and joined them about 6 weeks ago. I couldn't have found a better strength and fitness building facility than EPT. They are insanely good at what they do, are realistic about your goals, and are accommodating to a schedule that suits you - with the aim of being consistent and progressive. Facilities are immaculate too! PS- I train with Sophie who is excellent at pushing you to new depths in your strength building journey.

    I have been with James and EPT for a number of years now and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to go. Every time I want to achieve a new fitness goal I know through EPT’s programs and guidance I will achieve the desired results every time!

    I have been training with Ash and James for some time now. It has been a sincerely positive experience for me! I have seen a consistent and remarkable improvement in my physical health and strength. When I first saw Ash I had neck tension and headaches from sitting at a desk with poor posture and stress. I started working out with Ash and I felt so much better after consistent training and eating enough protein to strengthen my body and improve my mobility. Thank you very much for improving my health, and my performance using strength based training. I am very grateful for the hard work, help and support you both have given me over the years. James and Ash are not only the best coaches, they're fantastic people who put 110% into their clients, for which I have completely benefited from. Signing up to EPT will be the best decision you have made in a long time.
