That first bite-oh, what heaven that first bite was. The crust, like a stone oven baked breast of an angel, gently supporting the tomato saus on top , flavors mingling in a seductive pas de deux. And then... The cheese! The most playful blanket of mozzarella cheese. Then a slice of jamon, a sprinkle of corn and on optional peace of pineapple, so fresh, it was brought to us by the Amazon gods. A pizza so exquisite, swirling in your mouth, breaking apart, and combining again in a fugue of sweets and savor, so delightful. This was no mere pizza on regular dough. This was God, speaking to us in food. Also, good beer & service.

Not located (anymore?) in the (touristic) centre of Sucre, but definitely worth the 15 minute walk to the other side. Although we were early and it was still quiet in the restaurant, the focaccia and pizza were delicious! The dough is very good, thin and crispy. If you don’t want to walk all this way (at night), just order delivery! Must try.

One of the best pizza’s I have ever tasted (and I have been to Italy a few times). Amazing hospitality and great quality. The owner was so kind and welcoming. The flavour and choice of toppings were amazing. It is a small spot but it makes it more intimate and enjoyable!

Wonderful Pizza! The best I ate in South America!!

After two months of traveling we finally found an amazing pizzeria! Hidden away in a beautiful alley far from traffic and pollution we found La Strada Incantata. The place is beautiful and authentic, you feel like you are escaping to Bella Italia for an evening - the owner even lived in Italy for 10 years. You can taste it in the pizza - go and try, you won't regret it!

We went there because of excellent Tripadvisor reviews. And we didn' t get disappointed. The pizzas are Italian style and extremely delicious. Staff was very hospitable and welcoming. So yes, when in doubt where to have dinner... This is the place in Sucre!

Super friendly owner, great pizza, nice Ambiente, super reasonable prices. Only a pity that's a bit difficult to discover as it's in a side street. I hope gmaps does its job and signals people here as it's a must to visit while in Sucre.
