Come for their tasting menu with delicious food, unique combinations, native cuisine, and paired drinks...all for a great value! Highly recommend this little restaurant. Service was fantastic, and it has a very pleasant atmosphere. Our only regret is that we did not discover Nativa earlier during our visit; they change menus every two weeks or so, so we didn't get to try a second tasting menu.

One of the best culinary experiences we have had, not only in Bolivia. A unique and creative proposal with native ingredients.

Such a incredible experience. The food was delicious and varied. The drinks that accompanied the menu was interesting and experimenting. And finally the staff was kind and friendly. After having traveling South America for two months, this was the best place we have had dinner. Can only recommend!

Superb. (It is recommended to book in advance). The food (tasting menu) is inventive, full of Bolivian flavours and ingredients and beautifully presented. The service is first class, professional, friendly and all dishes and pairing drinks patiently explained in English. The waiters are amazing, they work calmly and methodically as the restaurant gets busier and busier. Well done to the whole team there and to everyone in the kitchen who put together those amazing dishes.

We went there 2 weeks ago after a easy booking by the WhatsApp. We were amazed by the food and service. Everything was excellent. The plates are incredibly flavoured also the drinks. It's about 180BOL for the whole experience and definitely worthy. Congratulations to the team! You guys are doing a great job. I really recommend the Proyecto Nativa.

One of the best gastronomical experiences I've had in Latin America. The tasting menu is great, it includes a starter, 4 dishes and 2 desserts. What makes the difference compared to other places is that they give you a special marinade for each plate, 5 cocktails and 1 glass of wine. The price for this experience is 180Bs. Congratulations for this awesome experience, I really appreciated the high quality of the ingredients and food. Thanks!

What an experience! You get served 6 courses which change every couple weeks, all made with local ingredients, paired with a matching drink like wine or rum. Everything was extremely tasteful, and you could sense that the chefs put a lot of thought into everything. They even come out to explain the ingredients to you, either in English or Spanish. I can't recommend this enough, you have to experience it yourself!

Best restaurant in Sucre - the dishes are absolutely incredible, especially when paired with all the drinks. Very reasonably priced. You must book in advance!

Amazing food and overall experience! We ordered the 7 course tasting menu (with drink tasting included at each course). There was also a vegetarian option that did not disappoint. Chef came out to inform us at each sitting details about the course. Would 100% recommend. You do need to make a reservation in advance.

We had the tasting menu composed of 6 courses. Even though they are relatively small you end up satisfied. Each course comes accompanied by a complimentary drink. Of course there were some items that I preferred over others but I very much appreciated the thought and quality behind everything.

Kreative indigenous Cuisine with a modern twist. Interesting shots and drinks that accompanied the dishes. Very good service, they explain everything. This for only 130BOB. Everyone should go to this place in Sucre.

Very nice restaurant, definitely not your 'average' Sucre establishment! Service and food are excellent, very nice staff, for 150B you get a selection of interesting dishes, each paired with a local liquor or generous serving of wine. Atmosphere is very nice as well

A truly amazing meal! Better than "Gustu". 7 incredible dishes and drinks. Best value "fancy" meal I've ever had.

We had a pretty good tasting menu at a really good price. The menu we had was a bit samey, lots of earthy and smoky flavours, but was still enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit if you want dinner in Sucre.

Amazing attention, loved the atmosphere and the food was perfectly explained. The six course menu is the only way to go, got to taste Bolivia in a new light.

I give it a five stars, for the laudable and pretty successful effort to develop Bolivian high gastronomy. Besides, the price is really reasonable for the quality. The dishes, making use of various local products - some of them unknown to the foreign palate - are tasty and interesting, and the service is friendly and efficient. There is room for more creativity and boldness maybe, but considering Nativa is probably one of the first of its kind in Bolivia, do yourself and Bolivian cuisine a favor and go there.

Wow, what a marvellous experience! Indigenous cuisine reinvented with gastronomical expertise. We absolutely loved our 6 course degustation. Each dish was well thought out and delicious, paired with a great variety of drinks to make for a wonderful dining experience. The service was excellent as well, despite our poor Spanish skills the waiter and chef both made a lot of effort to engage with us and ensure we understood what we were being served. This is a MUST if you're visiting Sucre.

A culinary journey - very creative and delicious. We were amazed with the goat cheese curry and the fish in the banana leaf. Service and presentation of the food was fantastic. Highly recommend stopping by during a visit to Sucre. Shouldn’t miss this great place.

Great find in Sucre, amazing value and very nice way to explore local cuisine! We really loved this restaurant! You pick a menu (number of courses, with/without matching (non)alcoholic drinks). We went for the 130 Bolivian 8-course menu which included drinks. Incredible value! The chef decides on the menu, all Bolivian dishes with a modern twist. One of the chefs brings every course to your table with explanation on where it comes from etc. They are really passionate about it and the food is really good. The drinks that come with the courses are a mix of local cocktails, beers and wine, some a bit strange, i just love to try new things :-) The service is a bit inexperienced and might miss a detail left and right (e.g. bring new cutlery) but they try their best, I'm sure they'll pick up over time. The restaurant feels new/young, not very busy but as it establishes itself it will attract a bigger crowd for sure
