    In simple words, the worst management than any other McDonald's or restaurant.. worst customer service. Lying to customer to cover their mistake. Saying the charge something else to give you something else, it's normal. And telling customers they could care less about them, not going to ruin their day for the us. 3 managers all one over the other disrespected me. Trying to put their stupidy on me. Never in million years I would go back there!!! The worst place... I am restaurant manager n take my words for it I would of and I have fired my manager for less misbehaving then that. Cause The customer pay our checks. They need to learn that!!! A to Z the worst experience!!!

    I did mobile order pickup, happy meal 6 pieces of nuggets but got 4 pieces instead and they forgot fries. It’s such a simple meal order so I don’t know they can’t even get it right. Therefore if you order here make sure you check your food before driving away.

    I really like this Mc Donald's because thy are still very kid friendly and has a Big Playground for the kids to play and lots of room for seating and Teen friendly I hv 3 Mc Donald's near me and I still go to this one yl go visit and through the day is the best time and friendly worker's I dnt ever brag on a McDonald's but this one is good

    Used the kiosk to place an order. I was able to pull up my account from the app by simply using the kiosk to scan a code on my phone. Since I already had my order pulled up, it transfered to the kiosk. At the end of the transaction, it allowed you to put your table tent number in the kiosk in order for one of the staff members to bring your order to the table. I finished placing the order and the gentleman brought me a cup to get my beverage and then my food was brought to the table shortly thereafter. The order was nicely prepared specific to how I customized my items. There is also a play area for the kids.

    Bar none, this was the most miserable drive through experience EVER. I spent ELEVEN minutes second in line to get my sandwich and fries and then the car in front of me, without receiving their food, pulls ahead and to the side to wait for their food I guess. I pull up to the window and am greeted with THREE scowl faced employees. When I ask, "What the heck is going on?" they respond with, "Do you have your receipt?" I foolishly start digging in my purse for my receipt and then they ask me what my order is and I tell them and it is sitting right there in the bag and they hand it to me, all while being scowl faced towards me. I pulled away in total frustration only to realize my sandwich and fries are COLD. TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND!!!

    Food is no different from any other McDonald's. They'll never ask if you want jelly for your biscuits & might not give you napkins. Make sure you get your jelly & napkins lol. Everything else is fine.

    Ordered my food at the self service kiosk at this location. It took my money off my credit card but didn’t print me a receipt, I told the manager Ana, and she argued with me back that I didn’t pay even when i showed her my phone and the transaction on my phone and also showed her I used my points to purchase a extra breakfast sandwich and she still wasn’t trying to hear nothing I said. So, to show her I wasn’t broke or trying to get over I ordered the meal all over again and paid at the register this time & got a receipt. Then I asked her if I didn’t pay the first time why am I showing you the transaction & the date & time I used my points for. Extra breakfast sandwich. She made me a free breakfast sandwich didn’t ask me if that’s the kind I wanted just threw it in the bag and walked off. So, she barely speaks English for one and have the nerve to be a manager.. never again will I go to that MACDONALDS.. so I paid for to meals and receive one I don’t care is it was $7.11 I work hard for my money.

    Took damn near 30 mins for a 6 piece nugget and small fry and when I ordered it wasn’t busy. People would come in after me and get their food before I would. Ordered at 11:53 and didn’t walk out till 12:15-12:20.
