Careful with your jewelry. They will lose it and not own up to their mistakes, even when you have proof. They will make excuses and blame you for whatever reason. No type of customer service here and over at corporate. The associate at the store had even said corporate wasn’t going to help. And Well she was right. I reached out and nothing. I will now take my business over at Pandora, I will spread the word and no I will not send an email to speak about this again. Unbelievable

Great customer service… for the most part. As someone who works in hospitality, I find it so rude for someone to fake being genuine. However, Miss Rebecca, the Sales Team (supervisor?) sure did change her tone when I asked to leave a review and seemed upset. Half way through the scripted greeting she said “good” and started walking away, as I was talking to her! Don’t be a robot, take time to get to know your customer and their needs. I was in the store for 5 minutes to pick up, and decided I didn’t even want to look around anymore. Michael (I'm so sorry I don’t know your last name!), and Miss Karen (so sweet), thank you SO MUCH for all of your help. I hope to be back in the future.

This is the worst James Avery location. The ladies that work the floor are very rude and unprofessional. When my husband and I entered the store we were never greeted nor asked if we needed help. This will be my last time shopping at this location. I was planning on buying four charms, but was forced to buy one just because I really needed it for a gift. I will be taking my business to the Memorial City Mall or Dillard’s location which is right across the street. I’m a CEO of a business and would never tolerate poor service from any of my staff members. I feel like even if the employees were busy a smile and I’ll be right with you would have suffice.

Marion was very sweet and helpful! It took less than 5 minutes for her to help me out and get my earrings situation fixed. She’s great!

I had two wonderful experiences at this store with two very kind and knowledgeable ladies helping me. Mary Jean assisted me with placing my Grandmother's charms on a new bracelet and telling me the history of some of the charms & told me which were retired. She then carefully counted each link of the bracelet to ensure my charms would be evenly spaced throughout! When I returned to the store for pickup, Marion explained how Mr. Avery specially designed the sand dollar charm to show a lily on the back and a poinsettia on the front (I may be recalling the flowers incorrectly). These ladies made these visits very personal and provided excellent service. Although the store was busy, I didn't feel rushed or like a number in line.

Alexis provided exceptional customer service. She was helpful, sweet and patient. Thanks Alexis for helping me choose the right charm bracelet for me.

This is my second time coming to this location and once again I'm blow away by their amazing customer service. I went yesterday to buy a present and the store employees Michael and two other employees listen to my request and recommended me the best present for my friend. Looking forward to my next visit! Update: My friend loved the necklace that I bought here last time and her eyes immediately lit up when I gave her the earnings.

This place may be understaffed. I was hoping to talk to someone about a Faith ring for my father. After walking around, and after seeing what little they have on display, still no sales associate anywhere to help. Two associates on the checkout, even while a line of 8-10 people waiting. I thought about waiting in line for an associate to help me on the sales floor, maybe that's what others were in line for, as well. Enough said. Ordering online is highly recommend. Free shipping.
