My experience with Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital was very pleasant. I am usually very nervous about any type of MRI. The young lady who performed the MRI was excellent. She was very patient and explained every step. She made sure I was very comfortable. If I have another open MRI, this hospital will be my choice. I chose them this time because I had an open MRI in 2021 and remembered the pleasant experience at that time.

Procedures were thoroughly explained before, during and after the procedures and this put me completely at ease. I phoned Memorial Hermann’s Customer Service for assistance in finding an Open MRI and I was told by the representative who answered my call, that Memorial Hermann doesn’t have an Open MRI any longer (pathetic customer service), and here it is at Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital at First Colony! This is definitely a hidden gem! Everything was first rate, from check in, minimal wait time, and the MRI itself. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the two Technicians who assisted made sure I was comfortable before starting the procedure, and I really appreciated the headphones together with my own choice of music! The hospital itself was spotless, and there’s also a small cafe in the hospital, which my husband appreciated as he could get himself a bite to eat and a coffee. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is needing an Open MRI. You won’t be disappointed!

They called and offered me an earlier appointment. The Admisions staff were very helpful. The 2 Techs were very informative. They made sure that I was perfectly comfortable on the table. Brought 2 very warm blankets and tucked me in very comfortably. Which I greatly appreciated. I will admit this was the most comfortable MRI I have ever had.

I went to this place for X-rays. Lots of people in the waiting room, and it took a half hour or so for a tech to take me to the X-ray room. She was friendly and quick, and the 4 or 5 X-rays took only 5 minutes or so. Very easy and pleasant experience.

Today was one of the most satisfying experiences I've had in a medical facility. Everyone was very good, but as usual there is one person that really stands out. Stephanie was outstanding !!!! Thank you Stephanie for taking me in your most gentle hands and making my MRI great. Your soothing and reassuring words really did the trick and really made me relax. Thanks again Stephanie. And to everyone else I dealt with and Stephanie too, TOP OF THE MARK. I'll definitely be back if and when required. Thanks again.

The girl that did my MRI was so patient and understanding. I have had problems with getting a MRI due to PTSD (unrelated to the machine). I needed 2 done on different parts of my body the same day and I barely made it to the but the radiologist got me through. I have waited a long time for this and hoping I can get a diagnoses to my mystery problems now! Ty so much radiology!

My entire process from admission to completion of my procedure was satisfactory. Everyone was very proficient and took the time out to make sure I was comfortable. I was in and out within an hour of my arrival. I recommend this facility for your next MRI.
