Went to this office for the first time two days ago and the two staff laddies, the intake lady and the physicians assistant that helped me were rude and made me feel as if u was a bother to them on even being there. So bad that the one who handed me my papers in the room before I left gave them to me in a mean manner and walked out of the room. It’s a shame with the way the world is today that with everyone sick that this is the kind of treatment that a medical staff wound think it would be in any way acceptable. If you don’t like your job then get a new one!! You don’t even deserve 1 star!!

After reading all the negative reviews I was afraid to go to urgent care last night. However, my symptoms were not any better today. Today was the first time I’ve ever been to UPMC urgicare in Franklin, Pennsylvania. I don’t know what all those negative reviews are about, because my experience was nothing but wonderful. I called the number in the parking lot because I had flu like symptoms. I was placed on hold by a very personable girl name Kelly. She did an intake with me over the telephone and within a half an hour or less called me in to be seen. The medical assistant who did my intake was very personable and informative. Then I saw a PA by the name of Tera. She too was very informative and helpful. She explained what she was going to prescribe and why. I explained to her that the prescriptions needed to be as an inexpensive as possible, Because I have no health insurance. She left the room, did a little research, and when she returned told me that I could get everything under good RX at a very reasonable price. Again, my experience was nothing but wonderful. Had I taken all those bad reviews to heart, I would not been treated for bronchitis!!!

My daughter came to for for a work physical and a TB test. When she came back in to have the test read, no one seemed to know how - stating that they haven’t done one of these since nursing school. They said it was positive. This sent my anxiety ridden daughter into a melt down. Fortunately she got in touch with one of the docs from our practice the next day and he agreed to read it. It was absolutely negative. When she handed in her physical papers for work - the office never checkmarked that she was cleared to work - so the physical was worthless. The urgent care stated they would not correct the papers nor would they honor them. So she has to have another physical. She (a financially poor college senior) spent $85 for your office to screw up everything they did. The staff was more than rude as well. Don’t advertise services your staff clearly cannot perform.

Twice in the past month We have been denied care at this location and told to go to the main ER! Both things that should be treated at Urgent Care and not an Emergency Room! These were CHILDREN that needed care, Not Adults with toothaches seeking pain meds!

My wife and I moved here from Buffalo. She ran out of Prozac and needed an emergency refill. UPMC told us "We don't do that here," and "We don't refill what we didn't prescribe." Medexpress in Buffalo refilled my Prozac numerous times. Why is UPMC unable to provide what other urgent care clinics will?

Took my girlfriend here on Sunday because she was experiencing severe ear pain along with bleeding and liquid coming out of her ear. Kayle Wice spent less than five minutes in the room with us, told her it was allergies, and said to take some claritin. Two days later we are in the emergency room because nothing was helping and the doctors there told us she had an inner ear infection and that the people at urgent care should’ve known this based on the blood and liquid coming out of her ear. I cannot speak for the rest of the doctors at this location, but Kayle Wice, the nurse practitioner we saw, was no help. If you’re looking for someone to spend some time figuring out your problem, I do not recommend going here as this wasn’t my first negative experience.

I've been to this location twice within the year and I have great caring service from start to finish. Both times in and out within an hour. Both times my injuries were addressed and taken care of. Great job team!

I’ve now been here two different times for minor illness, and both times were good experiences. The first visit I had to wait as there were others in the office, maybe 15-20 mins wait. I didn’t really think much of the wait, that is typical in urgent care clinics. The second visit I was seen immediately. Both visits included great care and attention from both the nurse and provider on duty. Staff was friendly and attentive. Can’t ask for much more from an urgent care clinic.

Okay doctor's, I gave 2 ⭐ because this doctor's office, mostly the people in the front desk area are very incompetent, somewhat ignorant and useless but have decent phone manners. If you're looking for them to get paperwork done on time, receive faxes and take care of them on time or fax out anything on time you're definitely going to the wrong doctor's office. I also found personally getting paperwork proof of things was a bit of a tug of war with my son's doctor, which I've never experienced before until going to this doctor's office usually a doctor's office will provide proof of as much as they can if it's pertaining to their office and I definitely had some difficulty with that but after standing my grounds and a little bit of a back and forth argument which never should have happened I was able to get my proof.

My uncle took my 1 yr old cousin here because he was sick. They sent him home and said he just had a cold. He got worse so they took him to a hospital and he was diagnosed with RSV. He was extremely sick. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
