Ever since Donna and Gustavo left the property everything has been terrible. Some of these new employees are so rude and they act like they didn't want to do anything. They also lie/change what the say. My neighbor hasn't had hot water and months which is ridiculous. Another neighbor literally has the toilet coming up from the floor and they're always putting it on request to do it and all they do is put a little bit of glue on it and then they come back to do it again. If Donna and Gustavo we're still here and none of this would be happening. To be completely honest if anyone living on this property gets a chance to speak to any of the employees always have your phone on record so there will be proof of everything.

Teresa, Donna and Gustavo are great assets to this apartment community. Donna and Gustavo have always been a blessing but the office could have used a better set up! Now that Teresa is here everything runs so smoothly. Shes very friendly and is always very helpful.

It is a very quiet place to live, the people in the office and the maintenance staff are always attentive to all our needs. Very humane people and willing to help.

Worst customer service ever! I called 100 times but it all went to voicemail. I went to ask the lady working there what time we should come back because the office was closed but I didn’t even have time to ask her anything cause she started yelling at me that she was at lunch after she stopped I asked her what time I could come back and she told me at 1:30 I came back at that time and it was still close. Not to mention they didn’t have a sign up saying she was at lunch. She finally opened at 2:00 and when we went in she was super rude saying they had rented all the apartments. We asked the workers outside if it was true and they told us no. Maybe if your going to eat put a sign up and don’t be rude about it. The fact we even apologized for it and she still continued to be a rude. If you don’t like to work with people maybe don’t find a job that has something to do with customer service.

Just don't live here unless you absolutely have no other option. This is the 3rd year in a row the pool hasn't opened on time. It's still closed. The tennis court is boarded up so it can't be used. The tiny playground is so small and old they should just get rid of it. They don't fix anything and they don't control parking like they are supposed to. So many people park with no sticker.

Donna, Gustavo, and Teresa were a great help after our apartment got flooded. They provided us with a hotel the night of the flooding and then allowed us to stay in a vacant apartment while the repairs were being made. They were there throughout the whole night of the flooding to make sure we had a place to stay. Thank you for everything you guys did it is greatly appreciated!

They are never Unser phone . Or not responding voice messages. I’m coming couple time office is close , they are not following open and closing schedule time . Or not Unser ph just waist time. I ask one maintenance guy he said Office hour is 9 but some time they open after lunch . 🤷‍♀️ Seriously? I’m looking for apartment , because of location I come office couple time call 100 time leaved voice messages no one responds. This kind place how I can move .

Nice, clean apartments. The management addresses any issues promptly and are friendly. No issues with neighbors or with noise. Plenty of parking spots available at night. Location is close to route 7. I've enjoyed my stay here over the last 2 years and will be looking to renew my lease for another year.

If you are looking for a place to live I recommend Acclaim at Sterling very attentive staff above all, Miki is always there to help you with whatever you need a very kind and friendly person.

It is a very clean place, the maintenance is the best, there are no pests... the maintenance people are always making sure that everything works well... but the receptionists, they are not very polite and do not give the report. When I need something I go directly to the maintenance man. I really would like to stay here longer but they increased the rent a lot
