So far my experience has been great. I suffer from chronic fatigue, brain fog, muscle soreness, and severe IBS. I'm only in my early 30's and was worried for my future if I already felt like this. I found Golden Health Holistics while looking up nutritionists in my area and I'm glad I went with them. Elsa took a look at my bloodwork and was able to pinpoint some areas of concern (that a doctor had just glossed over). We made a plan to take some tests, clean up my diet, and start on specific supplements. I am happy so far and am feeling a little better, but I am just starting. I'm excited to see how well I feel in a few months!

I found Golden Health a few years ago and it changed my life. I was having life threatening health issues that the cardiologists could not diagnose. I found Elsa and, based on my symptoms and later confirmed from her comprehensive tests, I found out I had Lyme carditis and lots of other issues as I had been undiagnosed for 10 years. I followed her comprehensive and customized regimin and within 6 months I was feeling like a completely different person. I recommend her to all of my friends because she is able to bring her extensive scientific background and her deep knowledge of the human system to make huge changes in people’s health. Elsa is extremely thorough, professional and responsive. I first sought her out after being diagnosed with a compromised liver due to Hepatitis C. I’m so thankful a friend referred me to Elsa. I had several medical issues going on and it seemed like I wasn’t getting anywhere with the western treatments I was taking. My conversation with Elsa was more informative than I had received from my doctors and I was given a manageable list of foods to incorporate into my diet. I felt like I had something I could control and could help my health. And it did! The liver detox Elsa recommended seemed strange, but it worked! I had never felt better - mentally and physically.
