My bowl came with a “nice” hidden gift. As I was chewing, I felt a weird texture in my mouth. I removed the piece from my mouth and it turned out to be a 2x2 piece of plastic. Felt pretty grossed out and could not continue eating. I placed it on the aluminum cover and took a picture. Pretty sure this is a health code violation.

The employees at this Chipotle seem to have a nasty and off putting attitude & they seem miserable. I'm curious about their hiring process. The hiring manager should reconsider their choices. What a shame. The cashier, who has a gothic look with her nose pierced, really needs to adjust her attitude or find a job somewhere else… almost had nightmares looking at u. I can confidently say that I won't be visiting this place again.

This chipotle is awful. I love chipotle but stay away from this one!!! We gave this chipotle a try a few times and each time they got something wrong, were insanely slow (as in not helping the customers that were there…..just filling online orders and ignoring customers), or were incredibly rude. This last time, we ordered delivery, and the order was all wrong. We ended up driving there to get the items that were left off, and the manager was so incredibly rude. He told us we should just come in and order instead of using their delivery. Are you kidding me??? Blamed it on “the new girl” and really didn’t care about correcting it. I will not give money to a place that doesn’t care about their customers.

Cleanliness is something that this place needs to learn about. Some of their staff members don’t even clean the bowl before packing it. My order had sour cream all over it. Few of the staff members are very disrespectful to the customers. I am a regular customer to this place but I think I need to go to another location to get my orders. I give a one star rating this place👎

I came here with my friend and ordered a bowl of steak with(Extra steak) We started eating our food and after couple bites we found the steak so dry and old. So i went to cashier and asked for manager which 2 ladies introduced themselves as a manager, i told them about the food and they told me when you came in , you could see the steak and if it was looking old then you could order something else instead!!!!! Seriously!!!! I only eat steak at chipotle and you tell me NOT to eat what i like if i find the Steak old by vision!!! I told them I could not tell if steak was old or not unless i tasted. So one of the ladies (name:Leti idk if that’s her real name) grabbed a fork from a box and started sticking it through my food to see how much steak we ate!!! And then they offered me $5 refund gor extra Steak I paid or just give me another extra steak!!! Unbelievable!!! The huge business like chipotle,they hire someone that has no experience with customer service and they don’t even bother to respect a customer!!! We were that mad that we sat at our car front of chipotle to call their customer service and complain about how we got treated and also spent like 15 minutes on google to write a bad review!! Im so mad so disappointed about this experience I had today and i will make sure I drive couple more times away from my house to make sure I don’t come back at this location no more!!!!!! 02/28/2023 They have done something with their reviews that I can’t pull up my reviews!!!! The most horrible customer service besides the lowest quality of food. My friend and I ordered a steak bowl and once we tried a couple of bites we went back to the host to let them know the steak wasn’t fresh and tasted bad! She told us we should’ve told her when she was serving it!!!!! How could I possibly tell if the steak was bas before i tried it??? Then she put her fork into my bowl and mixed everything in the bowl!! And finally said that I already ate half of ur the steak and she can refund only $5! The entire kitchen staff are Spanish speaking people and they kept Spanish together while they were trying so hard NOT to resolve this simple matter. I had heard a lot of different complaints of the same nature from so many of my friends about poor customer service and inappropriate attitude of the staff here and i can tell they were RIGHT!

Worst place ever. How uneducated does one need to be to not even know the menu of their own workplace?? I order the same thing on the app and there’s no mistakes. I go in person and order the same thing and they can’t seem to comprehend what I’m asking for. The men and older ladies are fine, just these young girls and this one middle age lady with a brain the size of a bean.. if even, probably a pea. Disgusted at their service and knowledge..

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND You don't eat from here, I order a chicken bowl for delivery. Once I receive and Open my food which was sealed, I found a half broken bug on top of my lettuce 🤢🤮🤮🤮... Please wash your greens.

Eh. The chipotle franchise has essentially collapsed. This one isn’t as bad as most but still not good. Out of half their ingredients, staffed by young kids who’d rather be anywhere but there. Unlike McDonald’s or Taco Bell, Chipotle’s has a near-zero accountability standard for their franchisees…and it shows.

Takes priority of huge online orders over walkins while a long line is waiting right there in store. Doesn't make any sense. Manager should reconsider his priorities.

I have gotten a bowl with a tortilla on the side my last couple visits and they provide barely any servings of meat with their scoops. As I start to scoop some on to my tortilla, you can see there is barely any meat

cant explain how horrid the food is experience 1. food came with plastic inside and food was cold experience 2. queso is usually very hot (it was cold) and wasn't closed like someone had eaten into it, and my burrito had tears (i dont get much ingredients) workers aint even nice either

They hide The guacamole in the back and then tell you that they're out even though you can see them serving it to themselves in the back. Generally, just poor service

They are putting more spicy stuff in the food I literally almost threw up after eating there only none spicy pork option. They also put spice in the corn and my kids took one bite and refused to eat more. Seriously so unhappy

Food was good but if you’re gonna charge me the full price for guac when it’s one of my quesadilla sides, I should have been offered another side! I won’t be ordering from here anymore because I feel like I always get unwelcoming vibes especially from the female staff.

Quality of food is disappointing. Always greasy, under seasoned, and not enough meat. Staff doesn’t seem to care about anything and they never look happy.

William is such a great worker in this place. I see him knowing how to run the online and cash register easily. He is such so hard working member of team. You can tell he is a great leader. I wouldn’t come to this chipotle if it wasn’t for his great customer service!

the food is always great here. As i am a loyal customer, but the service from a particular employee ran me hot. I’m usually not the person AT ALL to write reviews because i think it wastes my time, but today she really pissed me off. I didn’t get a name but i sure do remember a face. She gave every customer an attitude. she was very rushy, irritated and dismissive. I asked for vinaigrette sauce and before i could even finish my sentence she cut me off and said “we don’t have anymore” and moved onto the next customer.

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews, but it’s important to remember that people are more often inclined to leave negative reviews than positive ones. This is the usual chipotle restaurant I go to, and the service has always been great for me. The team is always nice and friendly with me, and the food is always great.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE WITH ANY DELIVERY SERVICE. This place has gotten orders wrong on numerous occasions, so we're giving up on ordering. You need to drive there and watch them make the food, just to 100% confirm they don't mess it up.

Ordered a bowl with carnitas half black bean half pinto bean cheese, salsa. Get home and the pinto beans are not cooked at all. Seriously they were crunchy. Way to ruin a dinner.

This specific location has never successfully completed any sort of mobile order for me; I either don't get what I ordered or it doesn't go through. Atmosphere is alright but it's definitely not the most welcoming place ever.
