Happy easter everyone in Japan, i choose to come at umeda catholic church, beacuse it has a unique design, and the mass on eaater 2019 just mow lead by the bishop, it really amazing, all in japanese language, but all the same liturgy in every country, that what makes catholic mean universal. And the mass held on 3rd floor, either using an elevator or stairs. Have faith and spread the love of God. #mattheusr

Whenever i go to japan, i always find the time of visiting a catholic church. The latest of which is this catholic church in osaka located near the Nakatsu station. This is one of the beautiful catholic church in osaka. The place can be easily accessed via train. Mass are held every sunday, but you can visit this church anytime.

They celebrated the Holy Sacrifice of the mass and thats great but I could care less for the ‘calling all first timers in the parish’ bit before the final blessing. Also, I feel there is just so many liturgical... concessions made. It was the same Body of Christ but it didn’t feel solemn.

A very nice church that offers english mass, feels like i’m in the Philippines :) the priest who officiated the palm Sunday mass was an Indian and he is good. Only 7 minutes walk from umeda station. Afer mass you can walk to Nu Chayamachi on the way back to the station for some brunch and little shopping. There is a big Onitsuka branch in Nu mall.

Very new age looking church. Came on a weekday and there was someone at the reception to help us. Chapel on first floor, University on the 2nd, church on the 3rd. See photo for mass timings.

Beautiful church, beautiful choirs. English mass on Sunday at 9am

Beautiful and modern church with easy access by subway. We missed the 9 am English mass and joined the 11 am Japanese mass. It was an exciting experience to join a non-English mass. Priest (guess he from European) communicate in Japanese very well.

This is a Catholic church, about 15 minute walk from Osaka station. It is in a modern looking building.
