This hotel is situated on an island so it was a little cumbersome to cross the bridge to get to the station. It wasn't too bad though but in the summer heat and humidity, it was quite awful. The positive thing was that there was a shuttle but that can drop you off at Osaka Station. We used it at least twice a day! The room is not so bad and the view of the water and bridge was nice. Make sure you book the room with a view because half of the other rooms doesn't have a view! The breakfast at the hotel wasn't too bad. Food was good and had plenty of options. There was a laundry room but only had 2 washer and dryers. This wasn't the typical Japanese washer that had drying function at the same time so it was annoying to go up to a different floor and time when it was time to dry clothes. The washer and dryer was quite old and there was so much lint too. There's a onsen room for men and women. I used it once but it gets crowded really fast. It was quite nice for the small size but indeed crowded. Nothing to complain about the rooms, a little old but it's clean and love the hardwood floors!

This was my first Japanese style hotel I had stayed at back in 2016 and it has made me loyal to the brand. Always clean, inviting, safe, and relatively modern by today's standards. The breakfast buffet has a great mix for both Western and Japanese tastes. This time around the room had space, small by American standards but never felt cramped. The bed was extremely comfortable. Iron, refrigerator, and desk which were all put to use. I stayed on the concept floor which has a lounge with great views and snacks/beverages. Free beer and wine between 6pm and 9pm. The hotel is 5 to 10 minutes away from about 2 different train lines. There is a bus to the main Osaka station. Staff is always friendly and polite. Always a great stay, please consider this gem on your travels.

We were given a room that smelled very strongly of body odor. We were moved to another room on a different floor, and it had the same smell. The halls and main lobby didn't smell, so I'm not sure why our rooms did. The restaurant requires a reservation, so be sure to plan in advance as they were only able to seat us after 9 pm. The only redeeming quality was the free unlimited alcohol in the lounge at the end of the night and the beautiful views of the river from our room.

Spacious rooms, very accommodating staff. We got a nice view of the Tosahori river. Laundry coin available in the hotel. Short walk to train station, with lots of convenient store ( 7 eleven, family mart) Special shout out to Tanaka san, he patiently helped us in our luggage transfer to Takayama. Very honest staff members, I received a letter stating that I need to be refunded with 300 yen ($2) from our luggage transfer, and very sincere when they made the mistake.

Good rooms and service. Check-in and out is a bit unnecessarily complicated with scanning all documents yourself on a machine. Breakfast is good for Japanese breakfast and OK for western breakfast

The rooms are spacious, location is great if you don't need public transport. However if you do, the closest subway is 400m away and requires a few transfers to most central locations.

Felt like a corporate hotel. The staffs English is pretty good. We felt comfortable but not for tourists. The location is a little out of the way but is still good. If you plan to go on a night out you might want to get a hotel closer to the centre or to the station. Still had a great view of the river and the highway. Probably one of the most unique views in a city given the hotel.

Comfortable and stylish hotel, around 10-15 minute walk to Osaka station and all the shopping malls. If I had to be very critical, I'd say that the rooms could be a bit larger, but this is the same in Japanese hotels in general. There is a useful complimentary shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes or so.

Poor accomodation and very very bad assistance from the staffs. They're not even bother to assist us to find the way to the parking of the hotel itself. Staff's low energy affects a bad ambience to the hotel. Definitely, I will NOT recomend this hotel either to my families, friends and to you who's searching a hotel to stay. You will not even feel warm and welcome. We've been to a lot of places here in Japan, but this is the worst experience ever.

Loved the large public bath, city center location, shuttle bus service to Osaka station and overall modern amenities. Disliked the slow check-in by machine, especially when we had 2 adults and 4 kids the process to scan and register each passport was ridiculous. Staff could have easily guided us to check in at front desk but insisted we use the slow machine. Very disappointed with prices at the breakfast. 2200 yen per person was already high but what doesn’t make sense is that they charge adult fair for elementary kids including my 7 year old and 9 year old. This is highway robbery and absolutely unethical. The hotel must discuss prices with restaurant as they should not charge these amounts for kids.

Room is clean if you don't flip the curtain and look at the corners. Location is very good. Behind the hotel there is Family Mart. Opposite the hotel, there is Starbucks. Walking distance from the Metro station. They provide bus to Osaka Station as well. Very convenience. Staff are friendly as well.

Beautifully appointed hotel right next to the river and close to metro. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet.

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location near public transportation, museums, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The service of the staff is excellent, everything is well-maintained and clean. The bathroom is especially inviting. The beds are comfortable. The hotel restaurant is lovely. I've stayed here twice and would be very happy to return. Highly recommended.

This hotel is great. The rooms are modern in a practical way, all is well studied to maximize the comfort. I loved the flooring instead of the carpet, it gives an even better image of cleanliness. In addition the rooms are large and well organized. The breakfast was good and taken while enjoying a nice view of the city. Good price for money 👍

Very good overall. Staycation on a concept floor on a Monday night so the lounge was free-flow Asahi Super Dry, a Soleto red and white wine, coffee and Pepsi fountain drinks from 6 to 9 pm. The beer was good, but training issues caused a 30-minute delay when the first keg ran out. Room was small but used space efficiently. Shower room was big enough for two people. Really nice, soft bed. Sheets felt kind of flannel-like. Great view of the river and expressway pulsing with traffic. The buffet breakfast tasted fine, but it was really cramped and crowded. The nearby Starbucks (closed Sundays) or FamilyMart would be a better breakfast choice. On a map, the hotel seems somewhat isolated, but it is actually just across a relatively quiet street from large office buildings with mini-mall lobbies and underground access to both the Watanabebashi and Yotsubashi train stations.

The location is good, close to metro stations. The check-in is self-service but the machine is very slow and sometimes simply didn’t work so you still need to go to the front desk. The staff at reception was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was quite lacking, compared to other hotels we had in Osaka. One staff dragged the chairs around making really loud noises. They didn’t replenish the dishes and before the breakfast ended, one staff already started washing the utensils. The dirty water almost splashed to the food. Overall not the usual Japanese service we enjoyed so far.

I put 5 stars, almost nothing to complain about. ONLY hotel might do something with breakfast, to make it more welcoming and convenient to have un the hotel, especially taking into account that we are within business/office arrea where it might be a challenge to find a decent meal from very early morning. Shuttle bus. That's really convenient, thank you! I wish I knew about it before.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean . A nice river view from our window. Loved soaking in the public bath on the top floor. It was also nice to use their shuttle bus service from Osaka station. The time table is available from their website & it takes around 5minutes from Osaka Station. I didn’t try their breakfast, but their restaurant looked very nice. Liked four cans of fresh water in the fridge.

Nice location especially for the price. You're not far from the station and very central in Osaka.

Great hotel in Osaka for a decent price. The rooms were very clean and modern, on the slightly small side but still a good size. The hotel has no gym, but there's a really nice bathing area with a few hot baths. There's also a nice changing area with lots of soaps and amenities. The hotels in a good area, about 5 minute train ride outside the main downtown area.

A very comfortable quiet hotel situated close to a small subway station (but not so far from the main Osaka station. In fact, if you enjoy walking, it only takes you 15 mins to walk to the main Osaka station) The staff is helpful, friendly and speaks good English. I was given a standard room in one of the lower level. Even though, my floor is not high, the view is not so bad as one side of this hotel actually faces the river and other sides are not too close to other tall buildings. The view is acceptable. The room itself is a good size with good separation of spaces. Bathroom is separated from the toilet which comes handy if you are sharing the room with another person. The bed is comfortable and sheets are clean. Curtains has 2 layers which is perfect for your choice of complete block out or for travellers who prefers some lights through the window. I was only here for a few nights and was too busy to enjoy other facilities but as far as I know, it is actually a spa hotel with modern spa facilities. One down side of this hotel is lack of close by restaurants. It is situated in a business district and it gets quiet after dark. Besides the usual convenience stores, there are just not much food around. You have to do some walking or get in the sub to get good food. However, I will come back to this hotel again if I am looking to relax and wanted some quiet time. It takes you away from the busy areas.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! The staff were Incredible. Super freindly, very professional. The room was very clean, the bed was amazing. I slept for hours! The hotel was nice and quiet, and everyone was very respectful. Thank you so much Mitsui! My first time in Japan!

Very nice hotel in a quieter part of Osaka within walking distance of Osaka station (although the hotel runs a shuttle bus service every 20 mins). Rooms were clean and decently sized. The couch took up a bit of space in the room and could be done away with the the double rooms. The wash basin is right next to the bed which was a bit strange but didn't cause any issues. Front desk staff was very helpful and polite. The top floor has an executive lounge for guests in the top few floors from where you can get a pretty good view of the city. Breakfast was reasonably priced and had a good selection of Japanese food with limited western options. Very neat and clean overall.

This is a great hotel, all staff are courteous and have impeccable English. Rooms are an average size for Japan however are well laid out and have all amenities. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. Location is in the financial/office district and they have a free shuttle service to Osaka/namba station that runs twice hourly. All in all an excellent hotel.

Wonderful, spacious and clean room. Excellent quality relative to prices. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Separate male/female spa available, but we didn't take advantage. Breakfast buffet was nice with option of eggs or omelet cooked to order, but overpriced at 2300 yen. Our favorite hotel of the four we stayed at during 2-week, multi-city vacation.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our trip in Osaka and I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers. The room size while wasn't as spacious as I would have liked, seems to be pretty much standard-sized in Japan. The room was comfortable and I had a good rest staying here. There was a 7-11 nearby (30 seconds walk from the main entrance) and that is something great for my family and me as we stocked up on water. We also drove during this trip and I like that the hotel has a garage parking - shuttle bus is provided as well and I think it's convenient for those who don't drive to use their shuttle bus. While there was a public bath for guests use, we didn't use it as our itinerary were packed. However I really appreciate the washer and dryer they provide (you need to pay using coins but it's very reasonable). The area is quiet at night and I like that as we were able to rest well without disturbance. All in all, a nice hotel I would come back to if I visit Osaka again. I did not give it a full five star review because: a. Services were OK; it can be better if the staffs were friendlier and warmer in their service. b. The "plating" of the shower head in our room is cracked and can easily cut if you're not careful.
