Not crazy about the location, a little too close to I-10/ noise. The room was very clean, The service was wonderful. The continental breakfast was always warm, fresh and the variety was delicious. The fellow guests were respectful of each other.

Best Western in Sulpher LA is comfortable, respectable, and economical. Good choice for a night along the freeway.  At breakfast I liked the capuchino machine. Room included a kureig coffee machine, microwave and small frig.

Wonderful experience! Aaron made the check in process quick and easy. He was very nice and personable. He ensured our room was what we expected. Located about 10 minutes from the casinos. The only issue was the pool wasn't as clean as expected.

Stopped here for a night when on a roadtrip. Nice clean room. Breakfast was on the point. Natalie at the reception was great! She gave my kids a few coloring books which made them happy!

Check-in time of 4 pm and check out at 11 am? Really? That's absolutely ridiculous. You would imagine that with all the extra time they have, the rooms would at least look presentable. I've never heard of any hotel being so stingy with their hours, especially out way out here.

Check in was super easy with nice staff. The room was nice and clean, bedding looked fresh. The bathroom shower and floor could have used a bit more attention to sweep and wipe down better but it wasn't anything unacceptable.

WOW, what a pleasant stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Frank, is top notch. We will stay again our next trip to Lake Charles.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at the personnel is awesome, Frank made our stay wonderful along with everyone else, great breakfast to start your day, great pool, our grandkids loved it.

Natalie is the best!!! We were given wrong room she made it right...had problem at pool she handled it right away...my husband's birthday weekend turned out great...restaurant next door just Wow is all I can say....Natalie you are the sweetest person...Thank You..
