Every time I’ve been there the docs and nurses are efficient and nice. The front desk and wait times are intolerable. The very worst is the department that picks and orders the glasses. It’s a shame to lose a good doctor due to staff be he is the one responsible for his support staff.

Workers were very professional. They made you feel that they were concerned about your problem and that I would be seen by the doctor shortly. The office was clean and relaxing. Dr. Hankins showed concern about my problem. He put me at ease. Made a diagnosis and prescribed what he thought would remedy the problem. He also scheduled a follow up visit to determine my progress and preform other necessary tests. I have been Dr. Hankins patient for many years and trust his diagnosis. He is also very professional and his apparel reflects the same.

I am through with this clinic. I just sat in waiting room for 45 minutes to get plastic nose thing replaced. I went up to see my place in line due to having to pick up grandkid from school. There were 4 people that had been treated that came in after me. When I ask how long would be I was told the longer she sat and talked to me the longer the wait would be. There is no reason to treat a customer like that. This has happened before. I will not return here

Not friendly or informative. Everything is like pulling teeth to get information. From the check in staff and the glasses department. The doctor was friendly. If wasnt close to work i wouldnt come back.

This is an amazing place! I started at the one off imperial blvd and transferred here Dr.Hank is caring and excellent, all staff was helpful.

I just walked out! The girl at the front desk was very nice....BUT then she told me the Dr MIGHT charge you copay PLUS a additional $85 for new patient...she MIGHT who does she charge and who does she not charge???? What a rip off

I have been trying to get someone to call me back for two days, I have left 4 messages, and cannot get them to call me back. Meanwhile my son is having headaches and can't see without his glasses. I placed the order for his glasses and even paid extra for fast shipping, but the order can't be processed until they call me back with a number that is missing on his prescription. I tried to explain this to them when I was leaving the 3rd message but they do not care. I get that businesses get busy but find it hard to believe that in two days they didn't have 3 available minutes to call me back. The service is disgusting and we will not be coming back here

Very friendly staff. I a great a great Dr and nurse. And a wonderful women who helped me pick out glasses. I haven't been able to see for close to 8 years and I just got the money to get an appointment and new frames after using cheaters I could barely see out of. For 8 years! I got my glasses a couple of days ago and I've never felt more alive. I can see again. It was a beautiful experience. And I'm so happy the drs were able to give me that happiness back.
