Amazing food at a still very reasonable price compared to most restaurants these days. They don’t skimp on quality or quantity. Had a side of ribs plate and fish n chips. So good. Really the best food we’ve had in a while. Glad quality and affordability still matter to some places these days. Another review said the interior was run down. Not at all. Clean tables and great decor. Very comfortable.

Breakfast is served only till noon. Luckily, we got there in time because the breakfast was DAMN GOOD! Chicken and waffles... YUM! Especially with the sticky chicky sauce. And OMG, if you love a good chicken fried steak, then Bubbas is a must! It is THE BEST! 💯

Service is excellent. Very comfortable place to relax and have dinner. Chicken fried steak was great. Everything was really good. Even the way everything was placed, covered in gravy, and garnished was perfect. It was an above and beyond meal.

Meh.. Was craving a Bloody Mary as it's been awhile since I've enjoyed one.. I was pretty disappointed that it was like watered down tomato juice, no spice, nothing. It was gross. The burger I got was okay, fries undercooked & cold.

Can't wait to come back and try more food! Loved the atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff, great food. Can't wait to come back for karaoke and drinks 🎤

Not our first time here; we keep going back because it NEVER disappoints. Ribs with Froggy sauce were FABULOUS! Excellent Cole slaw, stellar biscuit & yummy fries. Thank you to our server; she was friendly, fun and efficient.

I have been here quite a few times now. They have absolutely First rate hamburgers! My father truly loves the "Bacon Blu" burger. I have ordered the bacon burger many many times. They have great tots and onion rings as well !! They have fresh beer on tap and a full bar. It is a very local dive bar style! Enjoy.

6 of us went in for dinner and music. Everyone was joking from the start. So friendly. I think we all had seafood. I had the Captain's plate and it was good. And I had to get a to go box. Our drinks were delicious! The musician was really talented. I really enjoyed myself!

We got the fish and chips, Reuben sandwich and turkey Parm and Swiss. Everything came out delicious! The fries are some of the best around and the slaw with the fish and chips is super good too. The breading on the fish is so good too! Can't say anything negative about this delicious meal! Service was friendly and the whole atmosphere was so cozy.

Stopped in after reading the reviews. We had done a couple hikes in the area so we were quite famished. Mushrooms swiss burger was pretty tasty. Our friend order the hunters burger - comes with 2 grilled cheeses as the bun - impressed he ate the whole thing! Our other friend didn’t care for the ramen so maybe pass on that. Small but nice selection of draft beer and cider. They have for live performances so probably gets poppin. Would definitely stop in again when coming through the area

The food is great. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy for breakfast, but Dining In is a must. If you pick what you want off the online menu and call in a takeout order, expect some shock factor on the pricing. That $9 order of BnG just about doubles in price after a $1.50 to go charge, the rest of the difference likely attributed to inflation or whatever. Post covid things. And they went way too light on the gravy compared to dining in. But, like i said, great food. Give em a shot.

Stopped in for breakfast on our way to Gold Bar, service was quick The server was funny, the atmosphere was of a nice clean Roadhouse. if you get a chance give it a shot

Great Live music! Food was spot on for a road house! I had the winner winner chicken dinner! Staff also very accommodating, :) if your traveling over the pass stop here you won’t regret it

Staff will keep me coming back. Super friendly and attentive, despite long wait time (about 30 minutes for food) but considering there was a sign out front for “cooks needed”, everything was just as you’d expect. Food was great for a road house. Excellent size portions and you can tell they use good ingredients, for example they make their own Pattie’s from bulk ground beef. Seasoned and cooked just right. Good job, Bubbas

Nice little bar and grill place. There is was live music when I went which added to the atmosphere of the place. Service was kind and prompt. I ordered the ribs which fell off the bone and tasted amazing. My son ordered wings but said the sauce was good but there was too much fat on the wings. Either way, I would definitely come back again

We love this place! Our first time here and Sarah our waitress was so amazing. She made sure we got the full experience. The St. Luis style rib dinner was delicious, we can’t wait come come back and try something else. If your coming through here and your hungry make sure to stop and check it out.

Stopped by around 6pm for a burger to go on my way to Bellevue. Burger was Huge and tasty Fries were fresh cut so nice and crispy and some soft and tender! Place was packed but had my order done when I finished my beer

Long time supporter, first time patron. I went for a bite to get a change of scenery from my home office on a Monday early afternoon. Here's my take: Pros: -Very quiet atmosphere -They offer SWEET tea!! -Attentive waiter -Tasty food Cons: -Very dim lighting (not a bad thing per say, but hard to see while reading the menu) -Limited menu (again, not bad, just hoped the lunch menu had more choices) Food: I ordered a french dip with Swiss, and subbed fries for O-rings. The O-rings were perfectly fried, the beef was good and the cheese was slightly melted just right. the bread was a little thick and I wish it would have been toasted, and buttered, but it was good and held up to the au jus. The au jus had a nice smokey flavour, but it could have been warmed through a bit more. The tea was perfectly sweetened, and as someone who is a transplanted southern girl, this alone was enough to bring me back in. Overall: It was a good and enjoyable dining experience and a great little spot to wait out traffic on hwy 2.

Food was very solid, especially the different sauces. Ribs were a banger and really good portions. The atmosphere though was just super electric. They we're hosting a couple of live bands which was dope, and the staff and owner were extremely nice.

Best "Big Food" ever. Their cooks RULE. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the people, especially the wait staff and the bartenders are SO nice. I don't get to Bubba's Road House enough. So glad they're close to me. I highly recommend them for great food, friendly atmosphere, fun karaoke, and the best cooks on Hwy. 2! Thanks for a great time....

Great service, phenomenal food. Started with some battered mozzarella sticks and a tasty marinara sauce. Flying Hawaiian burger was an explosion of great flavors and was a good portion size. The menu has a little bit of everything for your comfort foods. The bathrooms were clean and a good size. Overall good place for a quick sit and eat lunch.

The burgers were excellent. My favorite was the fry sauce. I don't know what the waitress called it, but she said everyone orders that sauce. It has a bit of a kick, but it is sooooo good! There are many fun things to look at inside. Great burger for the trip home, but a bit run-down inside.
