This was my first time using this business. The booking process was easy. Overall, I feel my services were easy on the pocket. The professional Jyoti was very sweet and her work showed that she is experienced. I am giving 3 stars because I feel that the tools could use an upgrade. Although the products used were genuine, I was not happy with the manicure and pedicure tools used. I did not ask the professional if they had been sterilized or sanitized before service but it did not look like they were. Also, some techniques could use an upgrade and that is what I suggested to the professional also- to search for latest videos online on how to properly remove cuticles during mani-pedi. Overall, my face is glowing after the facial and I feel relaxed after the massage. With a few upgrades, this business would surely flourish.
