Worst staff misbehave if you dont like service and want to checkout they will charge you for whole booking if you denies to pay they will tell wait "HUM PAISE NIKALVA LENGE" YOGESH (receptionist) he is a Gunda he tells "RUKO BANDO KO BOL KE PAISE NIKALVATA HOON MAI" I am Myself a Travel Agent and i just suggest that no-one should visit this mafia hotel it doesn't have any front and its not 2 star hotels even guest house have better service then this hotel, the photos are result of good camera and photoshop and their bathroom is full of worms very untidy and waste of money the hotel is not visible from road. They are Goons. A BIG NOOOOOOOOOO to every Guest do not waste your money. At night they will turn of Lobby Lights so its most UNSAFE place for stay. they are THUGS. Worst Hotel in entire Delhi. They can fight with you if you complaint regarding their services.

Uncomfortable Check In & Check Out. Specially Receptionist Behavior is not Good putting unnecessary Questions and verifying Documents and Behavior was not Good. They treat like we are a Criminal and he is like CBI officer. Also second floor Room was not good very uncomfortable room without any facilities No Tv Uncomfortable bed lights and washroom.

It was more than a poor experience. If they were having in -1 or -2 i can give it them the highest one. They are the fraudest ones. The staff is not at all cooperative they don't knw how deal with the customers. The recruited human resource is very bad. Even, they don't have knowledge to clear disputes with each other. Fraud hotel which does not honor online bookings. They demand 3-5X of the amount at which you have booked and ask to cancel otherwise. On cancellation, you will lose any advance paid. Most OYOs in Rohini area are doing similar thing by refusing to honor the online bookings and demanding more money without providing any receipts. Avoid this area.

We have attended a social gathering and meeting program organized by the social group. The place is suitable for the same. There's a good large place on the back side of main hall. Catering was arranged in it. The food was normal like any other functions.

I booked through OYO and got confirmation but hotel staff denied that they don't take bookings through OYO. Also they charged higher amount. On top of that, rooms were in poor condition - smelly, dirty linen, washrooms were dirty and staff denied to change the bedsheet. Not a good place to go with family.

Had a very poor experience. Hotel deny for check in when i asked reason they starting abousing. had a horrible experience. room that was given didn't had AC with a temperature of about 35degree in the month of july. In all a very unprofessional staff and very very irresponsible behaviour

this is not hotel. this is Dharamshala and nonsense staff. even they dont know how to talk to someone. front office staff is very rude. Reception person Yogesh they said "ye mera hotel hai mera man nhi h tujhe check in dena ka me nhi dunga" i never see this type of staff at hotel.

First while checking in, the manager yogesh refused to believe that he had talked to me on phone and finalised the price, then I had to show him audio recording of the call then he agreed, and even when I am checking out on the same day, he asking me to pay for late check out. How can he charge me for late chech out if I m leaving on the same day, and spent less than 20 hrs in the room. I checked in at 7:30 am and want to check out at 11:45 pm.

Completely avoid even if you get it for free!! Giving one star as can't do zero or negative. Filthy & smelly rooms, lobbies. Staff is so unprofessional, unhelpful and arrogant as if I came to a dharamshala to stay for free. Don't eat food if you wish to stay alive. No measures for Covid. You might as well get one if you go there. Can't believe they are operating openly with such disgusting place.

Was staying here as family was home quarantined. Rude staff, overpricing during pandemic - have you lost your sense of compassion ?? Worst part is how manager chose to deal with customers. If you want to book room here maKe sure you come with extra money and come without your self respect

His service was nothing special and there was no toilet paper or hand wash in his hotel, so you should go carefully. And I had also ordered toilet paper and hand wash from these people but they never brought it.

The normal rate of the room I booked is ₹800/-. I booked the room through OYO @₹899/- but at the time of check in it started showing ₹1098/- i.e. extra by ₹199/- which is clear cheating by OYO to its client. After reaching at hotel with my family along with luggage I left with no alternative but to stay at the hotel. Next day only I shifted to another hotel in the same locality at much cheaper rate. Earlier I was getting some discount when booked through but now a days I always have issue left when booked through OYO. In one of my case the hotel refused to accept booking and the advance amount paid has not been refunded though assurance given by the OYO support desk. There was no service available at the hotel. Even drinking water is not provided in the room. You will have to bring water from ground floor yourself. Food is also not provided in the hotel.
