Its located conveniently near to Coimbatore airport and its a decent, neat and tidy, well maintained hotel. Easy to locate but you may have a bit of problem to enter the service road which connects to the gate of the hotel. Rooms are neat and clean, and had a good experience. The breakfast and lunch buffet was good and they had pretty good number of items. Was turned down a bit when I was informed that the lunch buffet for the particular day was charged at 499/- + Tax at the reception, but was charged 999/- + Tax at the restaurant after my meal. The reason given was that they had more items on that day which the reception was unaware of. Also, most of the items seemed empty by the time I started my meal at around 2:30 PM. So please double confirm everything, just to avoid possible confusions. Apart from this, had a decent stay with friendly staffs and would recommend the same.

Visited as part of a doctor's meet . . The ambience and neatness is well maintained in the hotel . . Very welcoming staff and pleasant experience overall . Although I noticed a used mask lying around the waiting sofas which concerned me a lot . Lots of parking facilities available . Dedicated parking slot for disabled persons too . Very tasty food and desert options . The food was tasty as well as well presented overall . Good experience overall ..keep it up ..only feedback I would say Is to keep the mark incident like this

If they could improve a little bit on the cleanliness of the rooms, the property will be impeccable. Generally it is a far better standard for a 4 star hotel. Good.

A beautiful hotel very close to the airport, quite ambience. Service is awesome, staff are very friendly and good at their job. Rooms are well kept but, the furniture needs a better upkeep. Or even a fresh upholstery for arm chairs, the stains are visible. Bathrooms are near and pretty clean, shower has good pressure. Food is ok, needs improvement in taste. Otherwise they have really good spread. And I would like to definitely mention again, their staff are very friendly and good! If they could add a swimming pool, it can be great!

Way to reach hotel is confusing for 1st time visiting. It is in service road of airport. Have to take u turn in airport road and come back to signal and again turn into service road. Food quality is good but they should be ready with more food instead of making in the nick of the moment. My colleagues also Liked it. Premises are neat and clean. In my visit for official meeting hotel employees are polite and friendly.

Rooms are ok. Not highly decorated-interior can be improved in rooms. Window view is good. Location is very near to Airport (500meter only). Charges for taxi are high. Staff is good. Food is OK, north indian food is good also. Gym is also there. Cleaning and amenities are good and complete.

It was just an average experience in this hotel for the price they charge you. The only reason they charge you more is because it is near to airport which is a convenience in itself of course but this doesn’t justify their tiny and congested rooms. Two of us found it difficult to place our luggage in the room and walk comfortably to and fro inside. Buffet section was decent and their hospitality is good. It was not a bad experience at all to stay here, however it is little congested inside the room. Again, do not trust google navigation here, try taking help from locals and hotel staff for navigation to airport or into the city.

Decent Hotel, 700 meter from Coimbatore airport, hotel to Airport is walkable distance, Rooms are very neat & clean. very decent for single stay not sure on double or suit rooms. Dinner spreads are good but varieties are bit lesser for what you have paid. Taste was more than average. Breakfast spreads are decent not too many but not lesser spreads too. Over all a decent business trip & stayed at Marriott. Good hotel in that location..

Had a very bad experience with booking /checkout with reception staff. Booking is done /followed by junior level staff and reception manned by interns and freshers who has no clue about communicating with customers and taking the instructions given or follow-up. They don't take responsibility of their own emails, messages, and communications. Made the checkout time/process miserable. With poor service and customer orientation, This place is not fit to be branded a star hotel. Even lodges are better. Customer experience and quality of rooms, service is quite bad. More of a transit hotel for short stay near airport.

I booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and belonged to the Marriott brand. I have been using Marriott properties since 2015 and have never faced any major issues, but this time was different. At around 4:30 pm, the housekeeping fellow knocked and opened the gate using his master key, as he wanted to clean the room. I complained to the staff later in the evening, but it didn't seem to bother them, it seemed like a common practice. The front office manager and housekeeper manager assured me this would never happen ever again and that it was one of the mistakes. They assured me and, as i had booked a room for next week, also requested me not to cancel the same and give them one more opportunity. A week later, when I checked in again, the team at the counter updated at 3:30pm that the room was not ready and will take some time to be ready, He said it may take 15 minutes, as the check in time was 3 pm, it was quite surprising to know that hotel was not ready with room and the person on the counter was not sure what will be the exact time for room, On reaching to room division manager, it seemed he did not cared much as hotel is sold out. Its terrible to see that during Covid times all the hotels were struggling to get business and now when they have the business, they are struggling to keep the consumer. I am very disappointed with the experience. My five years of loyalty matter nothing to the group.

They don’t offer complimentary breakfast for Gold Elite Bonvoy members as well if you book using cash and membership points. Duty manager did not even offer any discount and central marriott reservations team mentioned the breakfast rate would be less than 500 inr and duty manager asked for 750 plus per head

I had an amazing stay in the hotel . It is very pleasant and very near to airport . I loved the service by Food and beverage team they all were highly professional and polite towards me !! Buffet area was clean n tidy !! Stayed there for a night to take a flight out from Coimbatore. Excellent location, you can literally leave after they have announced the boarding of your flight, its that close to the airport. The other attraction was that they had a 24hr checkout package which works great to line up your checkout based on your flight. Else 4 star is an over rating for this place. Only one restaurant, which is sad. Breakfast was simple but good. The drive way to the lobby is not covered so you have to get off your vehicle in the rain, it was raining when I was there. Your luggage gets wet too, don't know who the mastermind architect was, you have to see the design. Valet was there for parking the first day and wasn't there the next day and so no one to return my car keys, how cool was that. Had to run around before they figured out how to get my car back to me. Rooms are small but clean. We had a TNPL Cricket team on our floor who were constantly making noise until the early hours and playing cricket outside the room and the hotel guys were proud of it rather that considering it a disturbance for other guests. The reception folks were very nice, ever polite and helpful. Overall, will stay there only when I need to be super close to the airport. Else Coimbatore has plenty of choices at the same or better procr points and in the same category.

Very nice place to stay in Coimbatore. Location is near to Airport you can get there easily by walking. Also pickup and drop facility available from hotel on demand. Staffs are very nice and supportive. Food is awesome. Chef's are very interactive to all customers. As per our requirement they are ready to prepare foods.

Nice hotel near the airport. It's literally a walkable distance from the airport. Rooms are neat, tidy and spacious. The washroom is a bit small but it serves its purpose. The restaurant has good options for dinner and lunch. 5* for their breakfast. Strawberry milkshake is one of the best in Marriott chain Service staff are kind and helpful.

Strategically situated near the airport. This hotel seems too plain to look at. Excellent staff and room service. It caters to primarily Business clientele, so it's my pad for business trip.

Overall a very nice palce, although it is small but it's near by the airport. This aplace is also not very far from Sadguru's Isha foundation and Adiyogi and during festothis palce is completely booked so book well in advance.

Wow is the one word that can describe Fairfield by Marriott. Their hospitality was so good. Right from receiving the guest until checkout they were kind and helpful. Breakfast was so good. There were more than 20 items to eat in the breakfast buffet. They have taken a great initiative to make the guests feel at home. Appreciation to the management and staff for making us feel at home. Special thanks to Mr.Sakthi who served me such an amazing breakfast. Such a lovely stay.

Hotel location is absolutely amazing since it's at walkable distance from Coimbatore Airport for those who are flyers they can opt it irrespective of Room and Staff services. Rooms are much much smaller , compact in size colour combination of rooms is frustrating it doesn't give the pleasent experience. Restaurant ambience can be much better but food quality was good. Overall disappointed with Room and associated amenities with Room. Will not recommend for long stays just to catch up flights it's good

I couldn't stop comparing with other hotels I stayed at a cheaper price. Marriott is very good but could have been great. Of the two days we stayed, first day day service wasn't great with having to send reminders everytime. Breakfast buffet spread is very good with good service. Here too, sometimes we have to remind.

Fairfield is located very close to Coimbatore airport and not fast away from the other shopping places in the city. Neat and comfortable rooms. Book directly using the Bonvoy app for the best prices. If you're a Marriott member you can get special discounts and earn reward nights. We received peanut candy as welcome gift in our room as it was our first Marriott stay as a member. The buffet spread is good with plenty of healthy and indulgent items.

Very near to the airport. Taxi charges Rs 150, haggle if you want to. We got a fair deal directly from the website which included dinner and breakfast. Service was excellent and the room was neat and clean. The dinner had an amazing drumstick soup that needs special mention as a 'drumstick hater', I had two bowls of. Thankfully the name was different else I won't have even tried. The chef was kind enough to share the recipe. Loved the stay and the food. 🙂

Ambience is good. However one should know that they don't have lift in the parking at basement. So if you are carrying luggage it's gonna be some hard-work to bring up the luggage all the way from parking lot passage to reception. Customer service is good.

The good : Nice rooms, everything was clean and tidy. The staff were polite and responsive. The breakfast was great, and overall, I had quite a pleasant experience during my stay there. The not so good : It was raining heavily when we got there, and I was with my wife and child. Since they don't have access to the lift from the basement parking lot, we had to walk to the reception in the pouring rain, and even though the parking attendant was kind enough to provide us with umbrellas, we were a little soaked by the time we got in. We were then given a room that had, of all things, a see through bathroom! I can kinda understand how a newlywed couple might find this exciting, but I felt it was an odd choice for a family of 3 (of which one is a curious 7 yr old!), especially since we'd booked in advance. Sure, there was a rolling blind for privacy, but you can only operate it from the outside. Finally, the faucet next to the toilet was faulty, and took a bit of tinkering before I sort-of got it to work. Since we were only staying the night and were to leave right after breakfast the next day, I didn't make too much of these minor dampeners. But I wouldn't exactly call it my most value for money experience.

Good property for business travel. I may not choose this property if I’m travelling with family, only because of the small size of rooms. The rooms are maintained well. Restaurant is nice with good, efficient staff. Food met the expectations. Location is closer to the airport, hence those who are fly to Coimbatore will find this perfect. They are currently having housekeeping once in three days only, so if you are a messy person keep this in mind 😀. But they do housekeeping on demand. The staff are really good.

Things to improve - The staff at the reception needs improvement in terms of helping the guest. Had requested to clarify the billing issue with the reservation section when I arrived but they could not connect me even after I checked out.

The best business class hotel to choose especially if you are looking near by Coimbatore airport. Their rooms are well furnished, splendidly furnished with all the latest amenities. Room service is quick. Breakfast is complimentary and their food counter is an amazing experience with the kind of varieties served and taste which is exceptionally good. Buffet offered holds large varieties of Indian ( both North & South), Thai & Continental. Ball room is extensive and cosy at the same time. Ample parking space and definitely best choice in city.

We were traveling with family and stayed overnight. The rooms are clean and elegant. They are smaller than average especially if you are traveling with a child but good for a single day stay. The food especially breakfast spread was tasty with high variety. The service is prompt and friendly.

Location is excellent. Just 5 minutes walking distance from Coimbatore airport. Yes indeed 5 minutes walking. No need to take cab, if someone is having minimum luggage. Rooms are well maintained, clean, hygienic and spacious with modern decoration themes. Room service needs to be improved.

The hotel is located very near to the Airport and is very convenient for pick-ups. The complimentary breakfast was too good. Vide varieties of healthy and dietary menu items. The chef was very kind to the guests. The room rent is comparatively cheaper compared to other star hotels. For a fair difference of Rs 600 to Rs 800, you get a better deal with this 4 ⭐ hotel. Beware, when you call they tell a cheaper rate and when you check in, they tell you higher rate. The only drawback is the see-through toilet. If you are staying with your mischievous kids, chances are the blinders raised to see the toilet from outside. Limited TV channels were subscribed. Most of the channels were poor signal.

I recommended the hotel to one of my close relative. I was told that room service was not so prompt. It took time to serve. Otherwise good ambience, environment and courteous service. Please train room service personnel to be always alert and meet the requirements of clients then and there. Otherwise all are good.

Positive things: clean room, good location, polite staff and good quality food Negative things: poor hygiene, this pizza box stayed in the lobby of our neighbouring room for more than 16 hours - even after I requested cleaning. Photo attached. And no porter service. And biggest issue no fan so your forced to use AC all the time. Ok got an overnight stay near the airport.

Had a nice relaxed stay, bit away from main city center. But close to airport. Food was great, staffs were very humble and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. Only down side was hotel doesn't have any amenities like pool or garden.

I stayed here for 5 night. Walkable distance from airport. Rooms are little congested. The restaurant is really awesome. We loved the service of chef Nitesh. He served us beautiful and tasty food. Liquor cost is too high. Even for full bottle they charge in terms of peg system. That doesn't make any sense. That they have to improve.

The place was very good. I was there for a meeting and the meeting rooms were arranged in such timely manner. The staff were courteous and helpful. Could improve a little bit on the food menu. Being located near the airport becomes a good choice for travellers.

The property looks nice and rooms and clean but the service is pathetic.I checked in at 10 pm exhausted and tired . . I had asked for a sandwich for the next early morning and usually hotels pack it for an early start. They called me at 11:30 pm when I was sleeping to check if I wanted a veg or non veg sandwich.. it is impolite and unprofessional. My airport drop request was given one day prior but still at the time of drop there was no driver available.. I am definitely not staying here for my next travels

I was forced to rate service one notch down. Shall explain why? I did check in pretty late around 10pm or so. The process was great and smooth. I did ask the person whether there is a flexibility to check out 15 to 20 minutes past midday. The "No" was abrupt and cryptic. Although I did check out before 12 noon, the lack of empathy in explaining why it is difficult to check out late is jarring. One small negative mark against the service!!

They were very accommodation Pre & during Corona. Nowadays become very much hard nut to crack. They are not flexible on pricing and 24 Hrs Time request. This indicates Coimbatore needs lot of business room's and potential is high for business hotels. Room's are decent ones for single occupancy with good buffet breakfast. Still my personal expectation is flexibility in doing business.
